Very disappointed ....., was looking to buy pencil eareser and one particular pencil brand - that has several Softness - hardness selection choice. I had to ask if they have this brand , and logically I need help to find it, because I couldnt find it . Am I right ? So I asked the employees -3 of them upfront - they said " they dont know it "! They did not even look in their PC, or ether help me find it at the store . So after that I have spent extra 20 min - Just looking for this brand pencils, and I did find it !So Shame on those employees. So waste time ,it just closests one to my house . I had long working day , I am the client ! What are they there for ?working ? By hour ? Very bad ....

Went here for ink for my printer. When I walked in the door I was greeted pleasantly by an attendant who asked me what I needed. I told her and she politely responded that they didnt carry what I was looking for but informed me that Staples did stock the product and gave me directions to the nearest one. It is always so impressive when you are directed to a competitor for service. It really shows that a business has their customers best interest in mind. Kudos, Office Depot.

This is was the worst customor service experience I have ever had. The deparmtent manager ( chris) was not only extremely rude to me, but to his coworkers as well. Chris was impatient, passive aggresive and just plain out mean. I will not be shopping at office depot again, that is for certain!

Horrid. My girlfriend always brings items for them to print, and the never know what theyre doing. Ever. And their software must be extremely out of date in their print area because omfg, nothing ever works. As a professional, I would never depend on that place to help you make money.

Best Office Depot Ive ever been to. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful and I dont feel like every person I talked to has an agenda to sell me something. They seemed genuinely interested in helping me find what I needed and I will most definitely be shopping there in the future.

Horrible customer service. There were 2 customers in the store and it took 20 minutes to get helped. Jennifer the sales associate was rude and didnt want to help. Owner, she cost you over $100 in sales.

This is a very standard Office Depot. Fairly expensive office supplies. The cashier was nice enough. Nothing outstanding good or bad about this location.

Only one person at cashier check out line, I cant find a shopping cart nor get any help when I brought a small draw and take it myself with bare hands.
