Ive used this location several times for print orders for my business, and theyve always come through, and with great pricing (far better than FedEx!). This time, it was a personal print order of items for a memorial service. They printed the items incorrectly, and when I came back the next day, told me that they noticed right after I left, but didnt bother to contact me. They redid it, but would have left me with an incorrect order.

I bought some earbuds here and had to return them twice because each time they were broken when I bought them. The manager on duty was the same both times and he was very nice and helpful. There was some problems the second time, but he got it figured out for me. I believe his name tag said Matt Matt. Excellent customer service and incredibly bad luck on my part for getting two broken ear buds.

Ordered a chair online recently! I got an email saying it was ready to pick up. I went to the store to pick up my order: although: They couldnt find the invoice... so after 10-15 mins of waiting around to get managers approval for the product that was clearly sitting there for me, finally it was approved.

just loved the service and because there were several people that were able to help me find things. we located the stuff i needed and even grabbed a few things i had for gotten i needed from the convienient bins on the way out. the printing and binding prices were pretty good also!!

Very helpful staff. Very friendly at checkout. Store is organized and easy to navigate. There are good deals on paper, I have bought bulk paper twice their now for our business. The rewards plan works great too. good deals and good work every penny (its free).

Employees are not friendly or welcoming-quite the opposite; they make you feel like youre bothering them-esp the print center & cashiers, except there is one goth girl w/vampire teeth thats pretty nice. Also, faxing will cost you over a dollar per sheet!

The worst office depot ever. They have a sign for "Pickup internet orders here" yet i stood there for about 10 minutes while there was one employee working the cash registers who wouldnt even call for help to assist me. Rude employees overall.

Everyone that works here is very friendly except for a couple of girls who work back in the copy center. Other than those two the employees are more than willing to help you out almost to the point of being annoying.

Went in for help selecting a printer. Ive seen rocks with more personality and knowledge of the various products. Totally waste of a trip to the store. Would NEVER walk into that store again. Done!lo
