Hoping my package is shipped. First, no one was there when I walked in and another gentleman and I waited for someone to come out. When a guy came out from the back, he didnt say anything (Im assuming a "safety break"?). Usually, the other Fed Ex locations that Ive been to are pretty quick about getting your info, but this one was extremely slow. Then, when he found out I was using cash he said that the guy took the cash drawer with him on his break!!! Fortunately, the total was $16.06 and I gave him a $20 and $0.06 so all he had to do was give me $4 back in change. He went into the back to find the guy that had the cash. When that guy finally came out, he slowly opened the cash bag and for some reason pulled out a bunch of coins. I told them again that I just needed four dollar bills. I think Ill go to UPS next time or back to the friendly Fed Ex shop in Englewood where they can be quick AND give good service.

6-14-16.@8:30am not sure what the issue was but customer service was VERY limited. I had printed a label via Amazon for an item I was selling and was just at this location to drop it off. Woman at the counter seemed to be rushing people through the line. My first thought was that this was a good thing (after all,i was moving pretty quickly through the line of about 8 people) but when it came my turn, she scanned the box, told me it was invalid & that there wasnt anything she could do. After checking the tracking # myself, calling Amazon to find out if there was a problem and discovering everything was legit, I had wasted 2 hours and was able to successfully drop it off and get a receipt at a FedEx Kinkos down the street. Whether it was computer out human error, I dont know. Annoying either way though

Terrible experience to date. I was expecting a valuable package at my house. First, the courier didnt deliver because my dog was in my front yard. Fair enough. They could have called me because they have my number, but they didnt. Then I go to the station where I asked to send...and its not there. Apparently it takes 24 hours to get it there. Then I call the next morning to figure out where it is...and they put my on hold for 25 minutes and then dropped me. Called back. The agent tried to call the station...which didnt answer. Arrggh!! Incompetence and lack of accountability!!

Apparently there is no margin for error with some people in the busiest week of the year. Perhaps "Santa" should have ordered and shipped a little earlier if he really wanted to make sure presents are there on time and not wait till the 24th. Anyway I regularly have packages held for me at this store and I ship a lot of stuff as well. Ive never had a package be late or missing either. They always have lots of people staffed and the waits are never too long. By the way. UPS is the worst. Good luck with that.

A package for somebody else was mis-delivered to my address ... I called Fed Ex THREE times on THREE different days to arrange for a pickup so it could be delivered correctly. Nothing was ever done to come and get the package .............. instead Im the one who will have to take it to a FedEx facility. And do you think they will do anything for me taking the time to correct their screw up??? If I was any kind of a responsible manger, I would have come and picked it up on my own time.

Recently purchased an item online, it was going to be gift for someone who was in town for a short visit. Of course tracking information on the package said it would not arrive until the person it was meant for would be leaving. I came in and explained my problem, knowing my package was at this location. The gentleman working went out of his way to dig through deliveries that had yet to be unloaded just to find it form me. Thank you so much, I really appreciate it!

On the Dec. 24 I offered to pick up the package that had arrived on the 23. They couldnt find it. The package was a gift from Santa. An hour after I called it was put on the truck, six hours later it ended up at FedEx. On the 26 it spent 3.5 hours on the truck and ended up at FedEx. After a very unhappy call to the manager, he assured me he would have it shuttled to my house and it WOULD be there that day. No show. Still dont have the package in question.

FedEx and I are best friends thanks to my companys shipping preferences, so I am very familiar with the processes in place. That being said, the crew at the Zuni center is at another level and I really appreciate their efficiency and friendliness, even in the worst moments of holiday chaos. It is always a pleasure to go to this location, which is why I will commonly drive out of my way to ship through them, and not the FedEx closest to me. Thanks, guys.

Horrible customer service, made me drive 40 minutes to pick up a package that I called to verify was being held at that location before I made the drive and come to find out they put it back on the truck!! Very aggravated right now and didnt even apologize for any inconvenience! If it was my choice I would never choose fed ex, even UPS customer service is more professional.

An item needed for Christmas was delivered to the site. It stayed there for days. They cited an incorrect address, but the address had no error whatsoever when I finally got the item. Santa was a bit late, and dreams were shattered for a day. Thanks, FedEx for implicitly referring my future business to UPS.

Delivery drivers are absolutely, totally and completely incompetent. The customer service is no better. If the delivery address is not in a city neighborhood, forget it. No one at fedex seems to be able to read a map or look up a phone number. If you have a choice, USE UPS, much better service without question.

I trusted FedEx to deliver a package for a next day delivery and after numerous calls to FedEx, found out that it went out on the van, but they just didnt deliver it for some reason. This was a crucial delivery and we had to cancel an important event thanks to those slackers! Thank you.

I dont expect everyone to find passion in their work but the staff here act like they are serving a prison sentence. Seriously though, how do people like this get a customer service position? If they want to be grumpy and rude, keep them in the back sorting center.

Completely unacceptable customer service. Wish there was a way to request all deliveries go through the Henderson location. EVERYTIME we have issues with packages through this location and are told one thing and experience another. So disappointed.

Had to have Labs sent off personally and they couldnt get the receipt to print so I was charged twice but it seems like its all going to work out. Package got out and they gave me the 800 number and explained hlw to fix the issue.
