In an unfortunate turn of events, I was put in charge of planning my nephews funeral arrangements, including his memorial programs. I placed an online order for his pamphlets and had to call the store to confirm pick a up time. The lady on the phone was instantly sympathetic, helpful and kind. The order was filled instantly, and I received the confirmation text. When I came to pick up our order, the lady at the counter was equally sympathetic and offered her condolences. To top it all off, I couldnt afford the extra money to have them folded. I opened the box to discover that they had done it anyway. Customers for life!! I needed kindness today, and they showed it. Well done!!!

I use this store for almost all of our office related purchases and the service has been great, with the emphasis on ‘has been”: Dropped off some reports for binding at 9:00 in the morning, they were going to get it done and call. Usually the job is completed while I wait or very quickly. Didnt hear from them, went back at 8:00 at night and the job had not been touched. The clerk indicated, no one left her instructions. These were time sensitive reports, had to call our client and explain why we were late. While I will most likely continue to use the store for supplies, I will be looking for another copy center that I can trust.

The staff is always helpful. Unfortunately, their online inventory and in-store inventory dont always agree. Ive gone into this store looking for something that is indicated to be in stock in this store online but no one can find it.
