Was expecting a delivery today, but it never came. All was fine and on time, as scheduled until conveniently right after they close, it was marked as "delivery not attempted due to weather. When conditions improve, your package will be delivered." As a courier myself who drove all day, I can confirm there was no f%#*ing weather. Not even a drop of water on the ground from the snow we had a few days ago. My guess is that it probably wont be here tomorrow either. Because the 50 degree sunny day prohibited the truck from traveling 30 min down the road. If they didnt blatantly lie to me, I could probably chalk this up to "s*!t happens". But apparently Im not the only one who thinks this company is complete garbage. Next time I buy something online, if fedex is shipping, I will cancel the purchase

An absolute joke. Twice now I have ordered crucial prescription pet food for my cat with renal failure, and both times it was held up for days in this facility, with the excuse of "Local Weather Delay" when there were NO weather conditions either time. As I type this, it is 34 and sunny out, no rain, snow, wind, or anything else, but FedEx refuses to even attempt the delivery. They have no concern whatsoever about meeting any kind of service level. This is the worst shipping option available to businesses. Also, this is COLORADO! There is going to be snow sometimes, and any company doing business here should be equipped to deal with it. Hire skilled drivers and have the right vehicles. Dont just give excuses that you dont even want to try to deliver something. Truly pathetic service.

Waited at home two days in a row for a package. The first day, a Friday, they went to the neighbor instead of my house. The second day, a Saturday, I sat at home all day again. I was 5 feet from my open front door. Driver said they attempted delivery at 2:10 pm. I see the notice that delivery had an "exception" once again because nobody home and I call FedEx. Half an hour later and a bunch of back and forth and Im told they dont know where the truck is parked but its not onsite so Ill now have to wait until Tuesday. Cant even go pick it up myself at the distribution center because the truck isnt there. Would NOT suggest shipping with FedEx EVER!!!!!!

Second lost package this year with FedEx Home. They are NOT reliable/dependable. If you use them, make sure its insured! And make sure it doesnt have to be there on any specific date. FedEx "trace" has told me repeatedly they would call me back, but, they NEVER do. And FedEx "Trace wouldnt give me the number to call the local FedEx Home. Ive wasted hours tracking packages down. I thought that was the "Trace" agents job. There are other services out there which are more affordable & more reliable.

Horrible! Shipment arrived late and the box was severely beaten and busted; they totally destroyed my shipment. I agree with the other user, with service like this, FedEx is showing us that they do NOT want to be in the home delivery business! FedEx Home Delivery address off of 48th avenue in Denver, is ALWAYS closed no matter when they tell you to show up. Been trying to collect another package which I was unlucky enough to have sent via FedEx Home Delivery, and theyre never open.

Its pretty clear that FedEx doesnt want to be in the Home Delivery business. My package has been trapped there in the Denver facility for 4 days and no delivery date scheduled and no status update other than pending and not scheduled.. USPS, UPS are both consistent and reliable. Why would anyone pay extra for this brain damage? Im driving down to pick it up myself because FedEx Home Delivery cant be bothered to home deliver it. Will never use again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Packaged delayed again to the non existing weather that is in my state. This is not me sitting at home waiting for some yoga mats or a coffee maker. I am waiting for specialty food for my dog with kidney disease and this company keeps pushing my package off, and wont allow me to pick it up anywhere. I keep getting lied to and the run around. Never again will I order from any company that uses Fedex. NEVER.

This has been the worst delivery experience of my life!!! Every thing from a delivery driver switching slips to the poorest customer services Ive ever dealt with, to a website that doesnt even allow you access after signing up for access. I will do anything I can to be sure I NEVER have another package sent via fedex, EVER AGAIN!!! They dont even deserve deserve to be in business or have a 1 star rating. Seriously, that bad!

Marked package as delivered but never received. Tracking number says the package was delivered at 10:29 am. I was home that day. A FredEx truck parked in front of my house for 5 minutes at 11:15. You could hear the guy throwing packages around in back of the truck and then he drove off without delivering. The delivery time of 45 earlier than when he was here told me that the dumb SOB delivered to wrong address.

My package is in Denver but because they committed date isnt till next week they wont deliver it. Ups or usps delivers as quickly as they can. They have a commitment date but usually deliver it 2-4 days before that. All I asked is if they could make a not if at all possible to be delivered tomorrow and was told there is no way of doing that.

Waited all day at home to receive a package that required signature. When delivery driver came to drop off he didnt knock on the door or ring the doorbell or try and notify me whatsoever that he was attempting a delivery. Called customer service and was told they can do nothing.

I had a $300 package delivered to my appointment complex i was at work the package came at 9 am and left in the hall by my door tell i got home from work i was lucky it was still there when i got home

If you arent home to receive your package because you work, hopefully you get off early because you have until 5 PM to fight rush hour traffic through downtown and get here...

Fedex has the worse shipping.... pay extra from 3 day rush delivery gets delivered 7 days later....
