Terrible customer service! Package was supposed to be delivered Friday, never showed up. It listed on the tracking as the business was closed and to check the notice for re-delivery. I live in a townhome, not a business. I took the day off work and I never heard a knock or bell and didnt get a slip on the door. When I talked to them online they said they would have the driver re-deliver the package. 20 minutes later a rude lady called me and complained that her drivers dont have time for re-deliveries and Id have to wait till Monday or pick it up myself. I will never willingly use Fedex again and maybe not order from Amazon so much either just for this reason.

Probably the worst sevice Ive seen. The first explanation for my package not being delivered was that they tried to get to my house, and there was too much snow. When I explained that I live in my house and there is no snow at all on my street, and none on any of the surrounding street, the explanation changed to they "decided" not to deliver my 2 day late package today (Saturday), and now it wont be delivered on Monday. When I said that I could drive the 5 miles to pick it up, I was told they are already closed.

Horrible. Yet another bad experience with FedEx. I am beginning to contemplate ordering from Amazon anymore, considering they are the primary reason I am having things delivered. I was literally sitting in my upstairs apt when the FedEx guy pulls up, I hear the door open and am expecting a knock; no knock. That is because Mr. FedEx put it in front of the downstairs neighbors door, guess he didnt want to walk up the one flight of stairs to the apartment #210 that is clearly stated on my package.

All delivery trucks come back at 7:00pm, the same time the center closes, so forget about getting your package if you were not home by the delivery time. In my case (and a lot of people) that work and travel, the only choice is to sign the door tag so they can leave your item hanging in the front porch, etc. until you are back home. Thought FedEx was better than this, but even USPS beats them for me now.

Not quite as bad as the USPS, and certainly not as good as UPS. They left a package on my front door at 7 oclock at night, was stolen by the morning. Just sloppy customer service all around, did nothing about it.

Great people work there that are always helpful. Somehow they put up with unreasonable cry babies and do it with a smile. On top of that, Craig is almost as cool as me. Almost.
