This Courier service is not an express service at all! I was told that Express Courier service was 90 min- 2 hours after the received phone with their operator. I called quicksilver "express" courier service at 10:40 am this morning. This would mean my package would have been picked up and delivered by no later than 12:40 pm today. However it is now 2:40 pm and, they have told me it will be another hour because their driver is in court with my package! This would mean they are 3 hours past there scheduled deadline. When I called to ask why, they responded back to me with " we take priority with our customers who have accounts with us ". Im sorry, I didnt realize my $150.00 meant less than someone else. I do not believe in a company who over promises and under delivers. Not only are they liars, but they are rude and rush you off the phone. I would highly recommend to never use this service, unless you like being treated like you are worthless and your business isnt important.

Earlier in the day: "We can deliver tomorrow morning to the Fort Carson base by noon no problem" 5PM(different person): "My manager says were too busy on Fridays and since its a bid and base we arent going to be able to do that" Me: "But your staff said you can and would do it" Quicksilver: "Well, we cant" If they had made an attempt, even talked to the manager again based on the earlier conversation I had, I would have rated better as the customer service up until the rejection was actually quite good. But no attempt to make it better, no alternatives, no bueno. However, if youre looking for someone to come through in a pinch, Speedy Messenger is getting it done.

5 stars to Lynette at Quicksilver! When the driver couldnt make contact with my mother to retrieve her oxygen equipment for Apria Health Care (0 stars), she called me and was able to reroute the driver to meet me for the pick up. Wow! Way above the call of service and so much appreciated. The driver was there when I arrived, apologized and was so polite and courteous. I very much appreciated the personal touch Lynette provided and only wish that I could say the same for Apria! Thanks Quicksilver!

Great friendly drivers, however the timing isnt at all what is quoted. 60% of the time my packages are an hour or more late, and they wont "notify" me of this problem until past the delivery quota. Be prepared to wait anytime you order.

Absolutely horrible service. Constant lying and excuses. Management will not return complaint calls and when they do they make promises that are not kept. I would not recommend this company to anyone. High pricing and sub-par service.
