Overpriced and poor service. The old guy with glasses is very rude to top it off. The first time I went I asked him to mail me a letter. I gave him my credit card and he stated they cant take card payments under $5. He pointed to a sign that was not clearly visible for a first time customer. I told him never mind because I didnt have cash and his response was well you already used my stamp. I scraped a close amount of change and he took it after he saw how upset I was. I went once again to mail a book and was already getting mad because I was second to come in and they helped me out after a guy who came in after me. I asked for the book rate and they gave me a ridiculous charge amount. I repeated that I wanted the book rate which should be cheap. Their response was thats our price here. I took my book and left. I would rather wait in a long line at the REAL post office then come here again.

The lady is helpful, although it takes a long time to complete transactions per customer. Mostly over priced, and rarely has the notary present. However, they can help with a large variety of services. -I witnessed a man that needed a contract faxed to him (for some reason they couldnt use email) and Postal Annex told him "First page is $1.10, every page after is less" So he said ok, they faxed around 10-15 pages, and charged him almost $20! The man was furious...as I would have been as well. Turns out it to be $1 per page... A warning to future fax service purchasers.
