The delivery people are great, where you get into a bind is trying to get the 800# agents to document the correct info or instructions for the facility. Oh, forget about trying to speak to someone at the facility they wont let that happen. Next keep yourself occupied while youre on hold for over 20 minutes while they communicate with each other over your package! Then the promise for a call back that doesnt happen and your shipment is back on a truck, headed to ????? lala land. If you dont get you shipment on time the first time, be prepared to dig for hidden treasure to find it.

Fix the hours stated on the phone. During the week, they close at 9:00 pm. On Saturdays, they close at 4:30 pm. If you call, the phone says they close at 11:00 pm during the week and 9:00 pm on Saturday. So its extremely unhelpful when you drive 2 hours from New Mexico to pick up a package on the weekend, and theyre not open.

I got notice via email that my driver attempted to deliver today but no one was home. Ive been home all day and no one came by. There is no door tag outside my house. Now I have to wait 3 days to receive my package. Worst deliver service.
