The worst experience Ive ever had shipping something. The employee was multi-tasking when dealing with my order that she placed wrong return shipping, causing my passport to be delayed in transit and not arriving back in time for my flight. I returned to the store when the mistake was realized and the woman had the audacity to tell me I was wrong, that she never makes mistakes (easy to make a mistake when youre printing my labels and addressing envelopes, acting as a notary for the next customer, arguing about a misplaced shipment with a third customer, and walking to the back to answer what I can only assume was a personal cell phone call), and berating me in front of another customer and my family. This place has cost me nearly $1000 in changing an international plane ticket, breach of contract at my placement, and the annoyance of having to wait on hold with FedEx customer service trying to rectify the problem. Needless to say, I wont be shipping with FedEx again due to their unprofessionalism, and would warn against dealing with Letter Box on any important shipment. I would give 0 stars if it were allowed.

The service is OUTSTANDING. Very professional and very helpful and friendly without being overly friendly the way it was under the previous owners. In every way, including organization and physical appearance, the store has improved under current owners. I take care of all my postal needs there exclusively; and I couldnt be more satisfied.
