Went in to mail four 3.1 oz packages each containing a single DVD in a 6" X 9" bubble wrap envelope. The gentleman at the counter told me it would be $6 + for each one ($24+ total). I didnt think that could be right, so he verified the price. He said that because it was considered a "package" that it cost more. I told them (a lady was assisting him) that it seemed high. He told me that if I went to the post office I would save about $2 each. So I did. The post office only charged me $2.74 for each package sending it FIRST CLASS; a total of $10.96 for all four!! Thats a savings of about $14 over PostNets charges!! I returned to PostNet so that he/they could determine the reason for the difference. He simply said that theyve been having a computer problem or something to that effect. Not acceptable!! Its too bad because its much more convenient for me to patronize PostNet than driving to the post office. And I do expect to pay a price for their service, BUT I dont expect to pay more than double what the post office charges. I will be going to the post office in the future until the "problem" is resolved.

I found that PostNet was extremely professional and talented and cheerful with Jill as owner. - TINA now remains as the only experienced employee, in my recent experience. Tina is very good at her job. Now the store has been sold and is under different management, I find it more difficult to do business with. ie. I was in the middle of a transaction with the new owner regarding making copies (etc), and she up and walked away from me, without even saying excuse me, to help someone who needed a package mailed. I was left standing at the counter until an employee noticed I was still waiting at the counter for assistance, and completed the transaction for me. The new owner didnt have a clue that she had been unprofessional.

I went down today and got some stuff printed and found everyone friendly and polite, I didnt wait long or pay much. Would give five stars, but.... Right as i walk in, as a first time customer, I heard an employee gossiping about Tina to an employee right in front of me, saying, "must be awkward when Tina shows up". It was weird, and unprofessional, and I learned FAR too much about this former employee than was appropriate, and couldnt understand why theyre essentially trash talking their own former employees in front of me and two other customers. Stop gossiping and be professional. I guess all these bad reviews are here for a reason.

I wish I didnt have to update this. It used to have 5 stars. That was when Jill, Tina, and Joe were there. Now, its so unprofessional Im uncomfortable going in there. Its too bad, and Im sure it isnt what Jill envisioned when she sold this PostNet she worked so hard to build. I would imagine that if everyone came back and updated their reviews (most of the 5-star reviews were written before the current owner), this PostNet would now be a solid 1 star.

Since the owner sold this to a high-strung, completely inept person, Ive started looking for another place to have my mail and packages delivered. Its too bad, because Ive been at this PostNet for years, but the new owner seriously doesnt know what theyre doing. At least the same graphic designer is there. Hes really good. UPDATE: the graphic designer left, too. I was hoping it would get better. Because of the owner, Connie, its just getting worse.

FABULOUS as ALWAYS! Not only do they have GREAT customer service, but they have GREAT prices and FAST service!! Especially for a small business owner this is extremely important. If you havent checked out there $.29 Color Copy Tuesdays event you really should! They also do SO much more than just printed advertisement!

I would recommend using PostNet to anyone. Jill was super friendly and very accommodating! She processed my rush order without question and personally delivered my copies to the conference. They also gave me the "Tuesday discount" on color copies on Monday!! Please use PostNet for your printing needs!

Glad the hours online say you open at 8:30. Drove WAY out of my way to get there at 8:30 so I wouldnt be late for work. Lo and behold, the door says they open at 9am. Update your info please! Huge waste of time and gas. Ill use a different location.

I highly recommend this PostNet. Jill helped me track a package that was delayed due to recent storms in the Northeast. She went far beyond call of duty, by calling FedEx, then updating me several times.
