I came to get fingerprints done I arrived 10 minutes early to be told they were 8 minutes behind, someone showed up an hour late and they still allowed them to skip everyone, and ended up waiting almost 30 minutes what is the use of appointments if you dont enforce them, then on top of that my daughter was thirsty so I got some drinks and upon paying they tell there was a minimum charge for card use but it isnt posted where the products are but only by the register it isnt even posted on the front window then the lady starts badgering me about getting something else. Awful customer service on a good note the fingerprint lady was very kind.

Great Experience with this Business! Definitely has a touch for customer service and presentation. As a customer, I felt actively engaged as Susan -the owner- went above and beyond to suggest many ideas for a Veterans day gift. I ended up discovering the vast capabilities that Star Mail has to offer when it comes to Printing banners, posters, cards, etc. I am endlessly appreciative because even after store hours , Susan completed my desired banner the NEXT MORNING! Friendly , helpful staff who create a comfortable welcoming environment. Avoid the post office, come here instead.

I live nearby so naturally this is the most convenient location to do my mailing, however this place is the worst place to do business! For a $6 box to ship theyll charge you over $10, For a piece of tape theyll charge you $1 for the service. Its poor business practice! For the owner; you need to give a little to get a lot, dont get me wrong Im expecting to pay service fees however 80% extra is ridiculous! Money-grabbing "Ill take advantage of you because theres no other USPS location in the area" I would rather drive all the way to Phoenix then to go to this store.

I dont not recommend this to anyone thats Black or a person of color or disabled people. Because they discriminate against you . They tried to get more money out of me when I had double postage on my stamps. If it wasnt for the customer in front next to me paying the postage for me. The owner Susan and her employee would have charged me double. These racists people are a scammer & a RIP OFF next time I go the extra mile to the US Post Office or The UPS Store. Dont waste your time with these people!!

Love this shop! I never knew there were so many cute shipping related items until I found this shop. And the woman who runs it was VERY knowledgeable about shipping my Lladro china back home. If your in a pinch for time and need expert shipping help, this is the place to go. Thanks Anita for all your help.

This place rocks. Both Ladys are helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They are fast and helpful. Great Customer Service along with a store that can meet all your postal needs. They are actually less expensive in some cases then the post office for mailing. Thanks Again ! !

They charged me .60 for postcard stamps! Thats almost double what the post office charges and even more than a first class stamp. Ridiculous! I went here for convenience, never again, better to drive the extra mile or two to a REAL post office.

Have been very helpful in sending out my wedding invitations. When they ran out of a particular stamp they found it at a local post office and went to pick them up for us. Theyve been great everytime that Ive been there.
