The lack of customer service at this store was appalling. The fault for this poor service lies directly at the fee of the owner. Just before the Christmas rush to have only one employee at the countter is ridiculous. To be fair the young lady who waited on me was excellent and she deserves five stars. Too bad the owner lacks management ability. The owner needs to go to a customer service class really classes one will not do it. I will drive five miles out of my way to avoid this store. Too bad I have a couple of other packages that are being shipped to that location. Never again.

Attendant was too busy to acknowledge me when I walked in. After standing there for a bit in front of him, he offered to help. The two others in the back looked right at me and never offered to help. Attendant eventually waited on me and said price would be $33 for a medium flat rate usps priority mail box (which is less than $14 if you take it directly to the post office). I left with my package.

Still love this place! If you travel or need a place to accept packages and keep them safe and out of the heat the UPS store is the way to go! We have been with them for over 10 years now and we love them! We travel a bunch and it is nice to have our mail and packages secure. The folks there are really nice and helpful.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Asked for a notary service, I was rudely told the notarizer was gone. Then I was asking another question when the gentleman hung up on me. UNACCEPTABLE!! Might want to consider training your workers on customer service. This happened afternoon of 4/28.
