These guys are awesome! I shipped out some Chicos Tacos overnight and these guys knew exactly what to do! My buddy who got back from overseas was so stoked. I was reading some of the comments that other people have given these guys along with the responses from the owner and I must say whoever is replying to the " b.s. complaints" is on point. Of course the cry babies get all big and brave behind a keyboard... if you have a problem with it, why not face it then and there? Why dont you speak to the manager if its such a big deal. LMAO. Anyways Im giving these guys 5 stars because they were awesome, and knew exactly how to package my frozen food. They even gave me tips on what to do and bring over the phone to ease the process. Thanks guys, youll be seeing me again for sure!

got to the store late so was told my package would not go out until the next day. It was sent the next day at 9pm...... that makes me wonder why it couldnt be sent the first day at 9pm. My original arrival time was supposed to be the 29th but no is the 31st because my package is still sitting in town.....

Terrible customer service. I needed to seal a box and they wanted to charge me for six inches of tape! It may or may not be policy, but I can definitely do with out the snarky comment and attitude. I will personally go out of my way to never visit this store again.
