What a terrible experience! I had a package delivered here after I was told by UPS that they could not reroute the item. I had the item delivered to the customer service center and it was an hour away. I went to the center to pick up my package only to be told that they could find it. I explained that it was a far drive and the service agent assured that they could have the package delivered to my new address. She took my name and number and said she would call me when they found the package. I hadnt heard anything in a week so I decide to call and find out what happened. When I called I was told that the package was found and they had sent the item back to the company. I got no call that they had found my package! I spoke with another agent who said I would have to talk to the company and have them resend it. I asked if I could get someone that the company could contact so that they can resend the item without having to repay the shipping. She told me no they dont have direct lines and they dont have any names to give so someone could help them with this specific incident. No responsibility was ever taken and they did nothing to resolve their mistake.

Today, we expected UPS to pick up an office chair (Office Depot) which had been delivered to us in error. We were at home all day, but unfortunately, we did not hear the door bell when the driver tried to pick up the chair. It would have been helpful, if the person used the door knocker to alert us. Also, the driver could have called on the telephone, instead of just leaving a note saying "Sorry, we missed you." We found the note when we went to our mail box to pick up the mail. Since we have a security camera installed, we checked what time the driver came to the door. It showed the UPS truck came at 16:45 and left at 16:46. I know the drivers are in a hurry, but the effort made to contact us was less than enthusiastic. We shall put a big note on the door, so the UPS driver knows that some people may need some extra time to get to the door and also to make a real effort at alerting the customer by knocking loudly at the door. Hopefully, we shall have better luck to get rid of the chair tomorrow. A very disappointed customer.

LAZY LAZY LAZY Customer no service!!!! I live about 15 min. away, and theyve delayed a package twice because theyre too lazy to deliver a large parcel is what it boils down to. Never will I use UPS again, and their customer service wont even do whats right! This happened before on a Friday when at 7:30 they claimed to have made a delivery attempt, but never knocked on the door. So, after the weekend they then decided to just leave it in front of the door when no one was truly home...What does that tell you? Lying lazy workers with no fear of recourse for their job decided they wanted to just skip a delivery. Clearly, if they were held to actual standards this behavior wouldnt be happening, and judging from these reviews Im not the only one! Shame on this location - its this location EVERY time.

These people are fantastic! I was in a position to where I needed to retrieve packages that I missed the delivery earlier in the day because I was leaving town first thing in the morning. Since I wouldnt be back for a week, the packages would have gone back and Christmas would have been a little disappointing in the present category. Instead of telling me too bad so sad, Evelyn and Diane worked together to find my packages on the truck, pulled them aside and made them available for pick up after hours. I have my packages and can go on my trip without having to sweat my stuff being sent back. The extra mile these folks went was very much appreciated!

Bad weather in Colorado 12-15-2015, west of Denver. UPS guy decides the road is too bad to deliver packages up our steep roads. So ....... he drops 12 packages on a public road, 2 miles from the closest address, and puts them (all 12) on top of our mailboxes (not legal). Mail lady shows up and shakes the mailboxes trying to get into them to deliver mail, and 10 of the 12 boxes fall off. I dig for 20 minutes with snow shovel in hand to retrieve all 12 boxes. Ive tried to contact them, BUT they REFUSE to call me back. BAD service, BAD attitudes, BAD communication (none from them) One star is too much!

They lost a package of mine and I filed a loss claim so even though its completely their fault now I have to be home to sign for every package. They wont leave anything at the door anymore. But since I work and never at home during business hours, Im forced to wait for the failed delivery, then change the delivery location back to the UPS main office and then drive over to pick it up myself. Terrible system and terrible customer service. They caused the problem but I am the one to be inconvenienced. I suggest never using UPS for anything if possible!

They have delayed my packages 3 times in the last two weeks. One package was delayed twice and the other two were delayed once by an entire weekend. These packages are candles for my at-home business. I schedule my life around deliveries so my candles wont sit outside my door melting in the sun. And I need these items for my customers. This is getting ridiculous. I wish the company I ordered my products through used a different delivery company. But common UPS, you used to be better than this! Very disappointed.

Driver states he attempted delivery when Ive been sitting here waiting on him all day. Call the service center and even though according to his scan he just missed me, they cant send him back because "hes all the way in Parker now" but guess what? I can drive over and puck it up. Get a clue lady. I wouldnt order it online if I wanted to pick it up. Basically dont send things UPS. Just go with the post office or FedEX.

For the second time, UPS delivered my computer to the wrong address (my next door neighbor), and since no one was home the delivery man left it on the porch. The last time when I ordered a computer, the same thing happened with UPS. The tracking said it was delivered and even signed for, but I didnt receive it, so obviously someone around got the shipment and stole my package. UPS needs to train their drivers better!

I paid for a one day shipping and I didnt receive the package. I call to see if I can pick it up (due to their incompetence) and I was told that someone will call me to schedule the pick up and nobody call me. Today I call again and the guy on the phone said that the office is closed until Monday. Thanks guys! Very helpful and great service.

WORST SERVICE EVER. Everyone who works here who I have met was very disrespectful and rude. The service is also extremely slow almost all of the time. I would not call this a customer center as it just seems to be a disappointment and waste of time every time I come in looking for helo.
