For a "customer center" I have to say I was extremely unsatisfied with this locations quality of customer service. Aftet a lot of confusion and trying to get our package to a place where we could finally pick it up, we were told it had actually gone back out on the truck for a second delivery attempt. While we were at home waiting for the driver, they had apparently come to our door and "knocked" and then left a second attempt missed delivery notice. We were home well before, during, and after time listed on the notice and were well within earshot of the front door and would have heard if someone had knocked. Our dog would have also noticed someone knocking. With two cars in the driveway, I cant understand why you would not make more of an attempt to alert the residents of your presence by actually knocking and not just pressing the doorbell as many doorbells (our included) dont often work or are disconnected. As this seems to be a recurring problem with this particular UPS location, I would hope this gets addressed and remedied. In the meantime, well be using other delivery options in Longmont.

UPS really dropped the ball this holiday season. My packages have been stuck in Longmont for almost a week (status of being delivered every day). So I decided I would pick them up myself. Nope, apparently it takes 2 days to process a hold request. Now that my package is held there, I cant pick them up because they are closed. My gifts from USPS and FedEx had no issues arriving in time. UPS is definitely not my shipper of choice and I hope Amazon avoids them next holiday season.

Always poor. Late pm delivery. Delays for days constantly for late truck arrivals etc. got the message our truck was delayed so your package is rescheduled in 4? Days. ?????? My box is sitting 3.5 miles from my house at the ups hub. What delay? Ill go pick it up myself but ups CLOSES Saturday. Pay up ups work Saturdays n improve ur service.

I paid for one day shipping because I didnt want to wait all weekend for my package. I missed the delivery on Friday due to people who dont knock loud enough and now I have to wait all weekend anyway because their center isnt open on Saturday for me to pick up. I wasted money on one day shipping, fantastic.

With the prospect of my daughters present not arriving on Christmas Eve, UPS Customer Center (Danielle), tracked our package, got on the radio, and took the truck off route. Moments later the driver ran the package to our awaiting vehicle. Great Work Folks! Merry Christmas!!!

Was expecting truck parts today. The tracking said that it was out for delivery today so I disassembled my truck assuming Id have parts to put it back together tonight. Still received it, but over 12 hours after it left the facility.

I live 9 miles from ups and my package was "incorrectly sorted" then sent 30 miles away causing a "24 hour business delay" these people lack focus and must hate theyre job if the job is not done "incorrectly"

No. Dont go there. There is one person to handle your shipment, which takes anywhere from 5-10 minutes PER PACKAGE. As a result, I lost all of my lunch hour and still did not get service.
