This UPS location WAS GREAT, when Joe was there. Now being under new management the staff and customer service are EXTREMELY POOR. Today I went in to just drop off two pre-paid boxes and had ran out of my last roll of tape which was only enough to tape one of my boxes. The manager of the location looked at me and said "care to purchase a roll of tape?" I politely stated "No thank you" because the prices of the tape ranged from $6.99 to $8.00 depending on the roll. Of course I did not say this to the manager but instead politely smiled and stated " Do you guys not tape boxes anymore for .50 cents?" The manager himself replied back with "No." And with an unfriendly demeanor and look on his face he raised his eyebrows and said, " Are you going to ship the box open then?" Mind you this is not the first time I have received attitude from this location, let alone the MANAGER! I simply grabbed by boxes and replied that I would be taking them elsewhere and that his sarcasm was not appreciated. Not at any point did he apologize. I told him I wanted the number for customer service to file a complaint and he proceeded to hand me his business card!! I typically can turn the other cheek and end it with the thought that maybe the person is having a bad day and blow it off. But, this behavior is constant at this location and I will not be going back. I would rather drive ten more miles out of my way to another location where I will be treated respectfully.

I was on vacation and needed to deal with some work related issues. It was saturday, 02/08/2014, i entered in UPS store located in FEDERAL BLVD, UNIT J ,WESTMINSTER in state of Colorado. The gentleman behind-the-counter was very courteous and polite who provided me with all resources that i needed. In addition, a sweet girl working there was extremely helpful, fast and professional. In my experience employees of UPS are normally “UNPLEASANT” but this was by far the best customer service I have ever received inside a UPS store. I don’t normally write reviews, but my expectations were blown away. Sadly, this level of service is not practiced in most retail UPS stores. I would recommend this location to anyone anytime.

Yesterday I was In the store and there was a woman who was yelling at the manager. She was rude right from the start demanding that he returns items that werent even purchased at his store. The manager was very calm and tried to explain as the woman lost her temper and started yelling and swearing at him. He stood there taking it professionally and trying to explain calmly. She would not stop yelling so I intervened and started yelling back at her. The manager had a line of people and was doing his best. Doing a great job btw. This woman wrote a bogus review yesterday and I hope she is happy with being such a miserable person. Respect will get you a long way in life. Thank you UPS for being so great!

I just left this store and wanted to come and leave a review to say what great customer service Lori had, I never ship anything and didnt realize how much money I would be spending. Lori checked the price on every single way I could ship it and went above and beyond to find an option that worked for me and she was very friendly! She worked with me for about 15-20 minutes while I decided what to do and didnt rush me. I asked for her name so I could leave a review because she was so sweet, I rarely leave reviews but she really did everything she could to help me. I will definitely go back to that store when I need to ship anything because of her.

I stopped by the UPS Store in June...just as they were closing. Sunil was kind enough to reopen his store to take my shipment. I so appreciated that. Unfortunately, we encountered a problem with my package and Sunil worked diligently to resolve the issue. I was fully reimbursed for a loss and although resolution has taken quite some time, I am fully satisfied and will continue to do business at this location. Sunil and his team have been responsive and helpful! Id highly recommend this location for all of you shipping needs.

$8.00 for a 14"x14" box? I was in a rush and needed to ship something quickly so I was forced to grab what I needed and go. There are no prices available to see what the boxes, tape, and bubble wrap cost. I ended up paying over $25 for 1 small box, 1 small roll of shipping tape, and a small amount of bubble wrap. The $25 did not include the shipping cost, just the 3 items! How about you post your prices and maybe come down a little from the 1000%+ mark up. Dont get taken advantage of, avoid.

Nice to have a local UPS store close by. Did you know if you have a package going t9 your home that requires a sig you can have it delivered here to pick it up! Each time I ship something from here I feel like I got bent over and walk a bit funny after, god damm UPS is pricey to ship you are better off going to the post office across the street. 3 starts for letting me pick up my packages, -2 for the price to ship something..

The Ups store next to king soopers took care of everything I had, the kind gentleman notarized my i-9 form and printed some copies for us. also last month I had them pack some delicate framed artwork in a nice box with extra good packing. I am impressed with their efforts, that store doesn;t get enough credit and there customer service is pretty outstanding

I just finished dropping off two packages in one day here and the manager Sunil gave me tape and even taped my package for me, also he was patient enough to wait for me to take a video of my product getting entered into my package before I wrapped it. I will come back here again.

I would give no stars if I could. I went in fax some paperwork the first time they put in a extra number in the fax number the second time they put the fax number wrong again. They dont pay attention to what they are doing and dont care if they do it right. I will never go back.

Excellent service!!! I came in just before closing and I had to print several labels on top of it. They stayed 30 minutes past closing to get my package ready for delivery! Great Service and very friendly staff! Will be back for sure!!! Thank You Jeff Sallee

I have been with this store for over a year and have had a very good experience since I have been with them. The manager Sunil has gone above and beyond his services by going out of my way to help me. He has always been very polite and accommodating.

This isnt necessarily for this store, but a UPS driver just delivered a holiday package that required a signature well after hours because he wanted to spare us having to drive to the customer center for pickup. Thank you UPS, it is appreciated.

They charge $3 to get on the computer to find what you need to print off & .04 more per page than most of the other UPS stores/ what youll get quoted online. That adds up when youre printing as much as I am.
