The people in the store are great and knowledgeable. They are very helpful and welcoming. This location has been here over 18 years, I have always used this location and so does my family and friends. I had freight done through this location several times and had my china packed as well. Every time they have done a great job in packing and in pricing as well. They have a great competitive pricing in print, I have used their print services for my kids school project. I am just glad they are in the neighborhood helping my shipping, printing, packing needs.

Every day that I use this UPS Store I have received nothing but outstanding service. Everyone greets me promptly with a friendly smile on there face always seeing what can be done to better serve me. I had to get my package off a couple times before closing and just after closing hours. Most shipping services would have said Im sorry were closed but instead they waited and assisted me. To this day they give the absolute best customer service to customers like myself. Thank you so much employees and management.

I have been going to this location for years now and it is always a great experience. They have professional, courteous and hard working staff that gets things done no matter what services you need from them. Many times I have dealt with Suresh and he has helped me with multiple shipping, receiving and dealing with nuances of shipments/returns/packages of all shapes and sizes and has even assisted taking packages to my vehicle, etc. Keep up the great work!

They were extremely unorganized, their Internet was down and called some other store to run our credit card who then faxed us our receipt. After that, they printed out a shipping label and the tracking number didnt work online. This was a high value package that I paid $84 for shipping. The receipt did not have any of the insurance information on it. If our package doesnt get delivered, there will be a huge issue. Too bad we have no idea where it is.

We had to ship a machine that weighted around 200 pounds. So we knew that it could not be shipped through regular shipment and we had to do it through freight service. We were really worried about the shipment because the machine was very expensive. We took it to this store and it was perfectly packed and there was nothing wrong with the shipment when it arrived at the destination. The employees are friendly and helpful. THIS STORE IS GREAT

Went there last week to submit my form for a car accident. Had all the documents ready, took it to this UPS store. 1 week later, package was still not received by my insurance company. Went to the store, he said they sometimes lose packages. Put in an investigation, and now I have to wait until my insurance gets the documentation so I can get paid for my totaled vehicle. Thanks UPS, making my current situation worse by losing my documents.

One person working, six people waiting in line. If you like poor service and high prices, this is the place for you. FedEx is much better. I was hoping my visit last week was an anomaly so I tried again today. I was wrong. Same lady working by herself several frustrated people in line. Three other people walked out before I did. This place is losing business. Poor management. Will never go back. There has got to be a better option.

Terrible location. All three people working were extremely rude and mean. I went in to send a return but needed to print or have printed a return label that was already emailed to me. They made it very difficult to understand (poor English and seemed to talk faster and less clear to make it more difficult to communicate) that they wanted to charge me over $5 to print a shipping label. I will avoid this location at all costs.

Instead of providing helpful service the clerk tried to up sell a $40 box when all I needed was to cover my box with a $6 roll of brown paper. On the same trip the clerk and owner wouldnt give me a clear sleeve for my return label so I had to buy a roll of packing tape. If you help your customers they will happily return. I will not.

What a pathetic place for shipping and other services. They had a very poor customer service. The guy who was working did not know what he was doing, I had a very hard time understanding him. I would not recommend this place for anyone to go and ship their packages, their printer does not work. they charge an enormous price on everything.

This store is a rip-off for shipping costs - ~$5 more to ship a package that costs $15 on the UPS website. I would strongly advise anyone to only use this place to drop-off packages. Multiple emails to both the UPS store and UPS itself have so far been ignored as to why such a big price difference.

Gregory is the BEST! I told him what was happening with my computer and he was able to give me a general idea about what needed to be done before he even took it. He knows tons about security and safety too. Give him a call so he can help you with migrating files, setting up security, etc.

Quoted +$30 to ship a single pair of shoes back to store. Clerk had a bad attitude and was irritated that I questioned the price. drove 2 miles to fed ex and paid less than half that for faster delivery. AVOID THIS STORE unless its a prepaid drop off!!
