For some reason getting things delivered in West Texas is difficult. And yet, even in an area with terrible delivery services, FedEx manages to shine as the most incompetent delivery service available. Last month, a package was supposed to be delivered to my office during regular business hours. The driver decided that since my place of business is a University that regular business hours meant between 7 AM and 9 PM. After two missed attempts and much arguing with a customer service rep, I finally got my package. I assumed it was just one bad driver. Now, a package is said to have been delivered, but was not. I called customer service for assistance. The rep was incredibly rude, but said she opened a case for me and that they would call me within 24 hours. After four days of not hearing anything (not counting weekend) I called back. Apparently there was no case opened. So, were going on two weeks now and no news about the package or how to get reimbursed for the misdelivered package. I plan to stick with UPS whenever possible.

Absolutely terrible. DO NOT USE FEDEX! Apparently, a package my father sent me has been "delivery attempted" three times. I have been home all day every day for nearly a week; no delivery was attempted. We called customer service. My husband spoke to a man who claimed the driver didnt think anyone was home as there were no cars in the driveway (we park in the garage!!!). I spoke to a man who said that the package would be held for pick-up in LUBBOCK for 10 days. Thats 2 1/2 hours away!! When I told him there was a FEDEX point in Clovis (20 mins away) he told me no such point existed... Ive been there. Stood inside it and spoke with people who work there. Really? Just go UPS. Ive had two successful UPS deliveries in the time its taking this one to be completely @#$%ed up.

I live in a rear house, behind a very convenient gate. I dont live in a great neighborhood, either. So youd think the delivery driver would take the time to place a $250 lawnmower in its standard box behind the gate, at least, if not take it up to the front door. Another package in a plain brown box was, indeed, dropped inside the gate, onto damp dirt. And as a tip to drivers, if its after the depot is closed on Saturday, and theres no way to get a package until Tuesday, then dont knock and dash and take the package with you. Everything else up til now has been left, and ya had the right Idea coming to the door. Its a 2 day shipping package. Leave the package. A fully privacy fenced front yard is rather safe to do that.

Time sensitive material has to wait 4 more days thanks to FedEx. The driver didnt even stop and then the tracking info notes stated "Customer Not Home". Furthermore, the customer service rep was unable to communicate with the driver to arrange my package to be delivered as I was charged, and did nothing to help me solve my problem. On top of that I asked to speak to a supervisor and after waiting on hold for a long time, I respectfully asked them for a creative solution to their errors. The response of the supervisor was complete silence. I was put on hold and the call was disconnected. Dont be surprised if this happens to you!

FedEx is useless! Tracking said attempted delivery at 11:11am. FedEx did not stop. Calling the local hub to get an explanation, got me transferred to a rude customer rep that didnt give a #$@% about my package or the fact that FedEx didnt attempt a delivery as stated. Paying PREMIUM rates for shipping doesnt mean you are going to get it any sooner! I thought USPS was bad, FedEx, you just moved into last place for shipping. Thanks for bad service, bad customer service and all around bad experience.....multiple times!

Have been home for days. Yet when I look at my tracking info it says delivery attempted. Now I should have had my package 2 days ago!!!! Now I call and they arent even open for the new year? Do not do business with fed ex they dont care what you spend on their services, are always rude, and cant even do their job right!!!!!! Plain and simple FED EX sucks.

We were waiting on a package being sent by FedEx the driver never showed up and the tracking info says the package was at 1:20p.m. It was not delivered until around 5:30p.m. Then when we tried to call the FedEx delivery to send a package we could not get hold of them.
