Sony was sending me back my several hundred dollar phone after repair, and Fed Ex only delivers while Im at work, so no problem, I just called the 1800 number to ask them to hold it for pick up, and the automative system told me I can pick it up from Walgreens down the block as late as 8, which would be great, except the representative from this Elizabeth location calls me right after that to tell me that instead of sending it to the Walgreens like I asked, and that it closes at 6:30, but the driver that has it doesnt come back until 6- 6:30. So I might be able to get it from there if Im lucky. And so I tried to track the package online, and it says its out for delivery by 8, and I called the system again and it says its at Walgreens waiting for pick up, so where is it? What are they doing with it? I have no idea. I called Walgreens and they said they didnt see it there. And Id like to call this location but they dont have a direct number, and when they called me it was from a restricted number. ABSOLUTE worst customer service Ive ever seen, and I used to be a supervisor at AT&T (and thats saying something) because I (the customer) am frustrated, confused, and genuinely worried I might not get my expensive phone back.

I specified a specific delivery time two weeks in advance for a package that I needed by a specific date. The day of the scheduled delivery this ship centers driver determined that the specified delivery time that I had paid extra for was not going to work and the package was not delivered. The individual came by 12 hrs earlier them the specified time. I had also put a delivery note that if nobody answered to leave at the door; that didnt happen. Horrible customer service when I called. I do not recommend shipping through this organization in the southern Colorado area. If I have the choice of driving two hours to pick an item up over shipping through this shipping center I will drive instead. Will have to wait until Tuesday for them to deliver now because they dont do home deliveries on a Monday. I paid for the best service they had available for shipping and it will be five days longer then if I had shipped it regularly through the post office. They will not be receiving any more of my business as long as I live in this area.

Awful service got overcharged $20.00 For the same size box and going to the same place. Interesting how one Counter person can charge you one price then the second can charge you a different price for the same service.??? I am suspicious of the fact that someone is pocketing the difference. Everytime I go there for service I get suspicious of what they quote me for shipping. This place needs to be properly supervised because I suspect some of their customer service representatives may be pocketing some of the shipping charges. I am not one for accusing anyone of such things but it does surprise me how one person can charge one price and the other charge a different price.

Horrible service every time I expect something the day it says its always late by at least a day ts horrible. They have to be the laziest location ever I have been expecting multiple packages and they had arrived early at their location with wayyy more then plenty of time to put them on the truck in this morning and didnt and their excuse was it wasnt expected for delivery until tomorrow. Like it hurts to be early???? I swear worse experience ever with this location. I wish could rate no stars!

Driver marked a package delivered and then marked it picked up, probably too cover their tracks on being behind delivering the router. Didnt leave a note so basically I thought it was stolen when I came home to find nothing on my porch.
