Absent customer service! Cant return a call, even when promised by your employees two days in a row. You scheduled my package for delivery last Friday between 1-5 and no show, its now Thursday and you cant locate or schedule for actual delivery. So frustrating, especially as I listen to your hold music saying how much you value customer service! If you cant return my 6 calls, this is the next best option...spreading the word to others about how hard you are to work with.

Quick service, efficient company. & Shawna is a freakin rock star for making sure everything went so smoothly! I ordered from Wayfair, & they did it all to the letter. Delivery guys were personable & polite. All three pieces brought inside & they wer gone under about 6 minutes. I like that efficiency!! I could not be happier with this company. Again, huge shout out to Shawna (spelling?) for her help.

Worst customer service. Lied to by driver who stated they were at my house when in fact they never came. Called the office was told they would call me back. No one called. When I called back and spoke with The "Vice President" Mike, was VERY rude. Called and complained to the seller and unfortunately because the seller has a contract with these morons I will no longer do business with them.

Terrible in office staff. The woman was so rude and acted like a child. She was screaming on the phone and then went silent for 3 minutes refusing to speak then hung up. The delivery people couldnt assemble the item so I finally refused and just sent it all back getting a refund from the buying company. Just a complete circus and terrible customer service
