I have never experienced the level of care, concern and customer service anywhere except here... The whole family is amazing and knowing they take such pride in thier business, that they go above and beyond for all of the services they offer has given us to best piece of mind with something as important as mail and personal documents, I have and will continue to recommend them and only them for potential box services, but one stop mail needs, fax needs and they also do notarizing! I cannot praise this business or the owners enough!

You can trust that your package will be prepared for shipping properly and will go out on time. Annette and her family will take good care of your business in a prompt, professional manner. They provide a variety of services and are open on Saturday, too.

They rip you off with cost of shipping. They charged me $47 to ship a pocket knife with FedEx when it could have been shipped in a small flat rate box for $5 with USPS. They refused to ship with USPS even though I requested them to. The lady I talked to on the phone acted as though she couldnt care less that I was not pleased with their service.
