got called for a interview saying they needed nccer certified scaffold builders. went in the next day the interviewer/ recruiter being a Hispanic interviewed 3 other Hispanics before me none certified, one without a social security card yet given paperwork to finish hiring process. I go in for interview an hes studying my resume/work history and goes all around the fact that Im not only certified in scaffolding but safety as well and have years of experience yet he tells me were just interviewing right now and will call you back in 3 weeks although the job starts sooner. Whether he was intimidated by my experience doesnt matter what does matter is that companies like this hire these people and allow them to bring in their own kind regardless of know how. its no longer what you know but who you know! Economic death of a people and the company who supports it!
