The most incompetent staff i have ever meet in my life.... wasted my morning... if i wouldnt have walked up to the front desk and asked them what was taking soo long i woukd have been their for hours and i dont doubt it... the recruiter on the phone stated to come in i clear explained the work history.. i called in to my current job for time off the get stand while waiting because the have no chairs... front desk too busy is drawing a christmas tree obviously not relaying the message to the back that people are wait... the other gurl barely opened up the office... n not to mention that i came in from houston 1hr drive... for some to say "o i dont know why they told you that" obviously i stated why wast my time then i was told it not "im write his name on a post it so now i know who he is" so wat the hell are the online apps for... incompetent staff, office sad part is i bet the owners arent aware of this..

Disappointed with the front desk help. After a a wait in line. I was not able to get information. I just wanted to know if my name was turn in. Apparently she could not help me because my profile was not up to date. I Left updated the information. Went back I was still not able to get any information. I leave out of town drove back home 5 hours. After supervisor tells me my name was req in a week ago. Dont understand the lack of customer service. Without craftmans ship theres no Fluor. I work hard hours for Fluor i expected better service.

I was hung up on 3 times trying to get information for my husband, who is a current employee. Lady on the phone said she has no information or time for us and hung up before I was able to ask my question. Another lady cut me off when I was asking her the question and said I was wasting my time about this issue and hung up. How is it wasting my time if your company asked my husband to call the office? Very disrespectful staff and company in general.

Very disagree whit front desk personal (the lady ) acting like IRS personal, like you owned something to this lady and she forgot shes pay check come from people we are working on the the plant all ready. Fluor needs to rotate or replace their front desk employees! These women are very rude and unprofessional. I will not blame lazy people for not even trying to get a job because of the bad treatment and unfairness that goes on in the job industry. If you are trying to find work in Texas... Be ready for plenty hostility! Smh
