I was introduced to Ungerman Restoration by my insurance agent at American Family as a result of smoke damage to my home from a backed up chimney. I was very relieved to see how their crew just took over and managed the entire clean-up and restoration process. They were very professional, courteous, and even fun to have around. The results are phenomenal! I plan to hire their cleaning crew for an annual cleaning, as they have tools and cleaning processes my cleaning help has never heard of. I highly recommend this accomplished team of professionals!!

They did not have a business card on arrival. The project manager never showed up, in 5 days, like promised. They lied about how much water was on the floor before I cleaned up, to the estimator. The communication was not good. The cleaning waa ok but missed every dust coated window sill. $5600 for 5 day clean up after water damage behind fridge. They started on time every day. They had a mess with the insulation to clean up.
