I love it there! The staff are amazing and very helpful. I once went there to see if they had a palette from urban decay ( the smoked palette) and they did. But once I open it in my car, I noticed that there were a few things missing and it looked like someone did swatches. I didnt even want to think that the person used their fingers in order to do the swatches, so I went back and see if they can trade it for a new one. Sadly it turns out that one customer brought it to the store as a return and they accidentally put the palette back on the shelf. The manager said that she would gladly look to see if they had more but they didnt. She recommended me to get another palette ( naked smoking palette) and for this time only she would sell it to at the same price as the other palette, not for the original price. If I didnt want that then I could just get my money back. I wasnt sure if I wanted the other palette but for a lower price, I took it and Im glad I did. I also get my eyebrows done there and the lady knows how I like it done. She would let me my brows before finishing it to see if I was okay with it and I love it. I recommend this place to my girlfriends .

This is the second time, at this location, that they will not honor the sale signage posted. The Make Up Revolution end cap had a sticker that stated "buy any 2 get one free $15.00 and up". I took the products up, and they rang up regular price. The cashier called for a manager, she had long curly gray hair, and he told her the sign said "buy 2 get one free". She went back, came up with the sticker, put it on the counter, and told a red haired woman that she needs to use some type of machine to deactivate stickers. They said this off to the side, but my husband and I clearly heard them. Instead of honoring THEIR mistake, they acted like they did not see the sticker. My husband has worked for H.E.B. for 32 years and they honor signs that are not taken down in time. He told them that was not right and bad customer service. I have never written a review for a company, but this has happened to myself and a friend before at this same location, and its not right to treat customers like that. Although it wont matter to them, I will not shop there again, and I hope they either work the signage better or honor the prices when they make errors for others sake.

I called inquiring about makeup application for my familys upcoming photo shoot. I was put on hold for 5 minutes while the person who answered the phone call originally supposedly looked for the appointment book to schedule my appointment. Then someone different answered the phone and asked had I been helped... she then said "hold on, Ill transfer you to someone who could help you". After being on the phone for another 4 minutes holding, the lady who answered the phone the first time came on and asked had I been helped. I told her NO, not since shed answered the phone almost 10 minutes ago. She then told me to hold again so she could get the right person to answer the phone. At this point, I told her NEVER MIND! Ive been playing this waiting game for 10 minutes just to have been given the run around. I dont have all day to waste trying to bring business to this establishment. I will take my inquiries, business and money elsewhere, where theyre more professional and have time to actually help a caller instead of giving them the run around and placing them on hold for long periods of time.

I spend 1700 points there within 1 year ( which mean almost 2000 dollars), but I never get appreciate with all the staffs over there. I recommend all my girlfriends, sisters go there for their beauty needed but I verry very DISAPPOINTED at this place. The staffs always have attitudes( not all of them, but most of them), so why I would go to the place that they dont welcome you, dont appreciate every dollars you spend, and I always buy the higher price products( Urban Decays, Dermatology, Tarte,...)But dont get me wrong, I love Ulta, they have alomost everything I needed. From now on, I will go to Sephora inside JCPENNEY, they are nicer and have better quality stuffs ( fresh, nars, korres, ...)

I was really shocked and appalled by the handling of my free gift with purchase. I was buying a specialty product for my curls and it came with a free full size setting spray ($20 value) and a shower comb. Instead of informing me that the free gift was out of stock, another sales manager just scanned in a cheap travel size hairspray that would have been awful for my hair if I tried to use it. When I asked why that was being added to my cart I was told "well we thought wed just try to give you something at least". I actually had to prompt and question about the lack of the promotional item. I have never experienced this lack of professionalism at any other Ulta.

Mother and I walked in here, were never greeted by the two employees standing just a few feet, and in full view of the door. As we walked around the store there was a cluster of 4 or so employees talking together, never acknowledging us. Even as we continued to walk around the store and employees walked by us, no one said anything. We walked back up to the front to ask to speak to the manager only to find out she was the one at the door who originally ignored us and she was super fake about apologizing. Just because Im not currently wearing make up doesnt mean I dont deserve a simple hello and a quick "do you need help?." Very disappointed and will not return.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. I had an appointment at the salon so headed that way. Once I got there the lady at the desk was super attentive and friendly. It turned out she was the one who was going to do my hair. She was super helpful and seemed very genuine. Over all not only was the hair cut beyond my expectations so was the customer service! I definitely recommend this hair salon! Would gladly go again and I will probably make this my new hair salon.

I recently visited this Ulta looking for skincare post using Accutane. I was just inquiring about foundation, as well. Kendall was the employee who helped me and it was a wonderful experience. She helped me pick the correct shade and applied it for me. Kendall was helpful, knowledgable and genuinely interested in my skincare. They do not have as many employees on the floor as Sephora but I simply asked for help and received it.

Came in knowing exactly what I needed. Everyone was friendly & willing to help. I counted 3 people offering to help me & I was only in the store for about 10 minutes. They had everything I needed & I picked up a few items that I wanted to try out. This looks like a smaller ULTA & their designer/brand makeup selection isnt as big compared to other ULTA stores.
