Well, I really want to thank DFW Best Roofing from the bottom of my heart. Justin came to my house, and give me a bid that was very reasonable, and the roof replacement process was made very easy for me. What I really want to thank him for, is to help me from getting cheated by another roofing company. Its true if there is no paper trail, no written estimate, no contract....then its fishy. Their point of view saved us from losing money. As I went with DFW Best Roofing, my friend went with the other company, and they are not returning her calls now. I really thank God I did not make the wrong choice. I want to let me people know, that your in good hands with Justin and DFW Best Roofing. Justin is a God fearing man, may God bless him.

I work at a property management company. We used DFW Best Roofing on a home in Denton. They did a good job on the roof. However, we inadvertently paid them a second time for the same work. They accepted the second check without a word and cashed it. When we discovered the error, we asked for the overpayment to be refunded. They did not return our calls or emails, and a certified letter that we sent was returned. We have not heard from them in the 5 months since this incident occurred, and we are seeking legal remedies. I do not recommend this vendor.

So we had them to come out last year and repair our roof, it hasnt been a year yet and the roof is still leaking in the same spot it was when they repaired it. We call them and tell them that our roof is leaking in the same spot that it was when they came out to fix it and we explained to them when they came out and did it, so they were supposed to send someone out last week to check the situation, they never called us back to tell us they were coming or werent coming, and havent even tried to get back in touch with us about it.

"Got numerous bids, decided to go with DFW Best Roofing. We had a commercial roof that needed a lot of work on it. I was very pleased with how they did the job, and the outstanding out of the way, creative, beyond expectation they went to make sure my roof was done right. We had two other contractors try to fix our roof before, everything went bad (leaks all over) after six months both times, so this time the problem is fixed even after six months, I just paid the last 10% of the payment today."

Chris was the one who gave me quote for a fence He was very professional and enjoyed doing business with him and DFW Best Roofing. Not only did I get a great price but a job well done. But the happy camper is my dog Chanel loves her new fence and found her a new friend Chris!! It is nice to know that a roofing Co. can do more than just a roof. DFW Best Roofing recently did roofing on our apartment complex. They did a very professional job on all 4 of our buildings. They let the tenants know exactly what to expect. I was really impressed when I saw orange tape letting people know use caution in certain areas. and Yes, they had the lowest bid.

Only 1 start because I had to mark something. This company took $8000 of our insurance money over 60 days ago. Theyve missed appointments, told us they bought someone elses roofing materials with our money, wont answer calls or texts. Reporting to the attorney general. Insurance fraud. Go elsewhere.

I hired DFW Best to paint our entry way, dinning room, kitchen, living room, and stairway. They did a very professional job. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and they were on time. I would recomend DFW Best to anyone looking for a painter or roofing contractor.
