I was fortunate to have Joe Sedia as a house guest at my home in Cape May, NJ a couple of years ago. Joe is the owner of Advanced Roofing and Construction in Georgetown, TX. Actually my long-leaking skylights were lucky to have Joe as a visitor. My skylight / roof problems had slowly worsened over several years as I tried repeatedly to find a local roofer who could find a solution to my problems. The cost and frustration of this experience were really weighing on my wife and me. Joe joined me on the roof and soon presented me with a diagnosis of the problems. Armed with this accurate information, I was able to find—FINALLY—a local contractor who solved the problems. As I painfully and expensively learned, effective roofing solutions must first begin with an accurate diagnosis of the problem. Joe provided me with that diagnosis. Residents in the Georgetown / Austin TX areas should know my story when deciding on a roofing contractor.
