Im a real estate agent and I represented some buyers on a home purchase. We had just had the house inspected after going under contract and a hail storm blew through and ruined the roof and damaged gutters, garage door and newly painted siding. We were set to close on the house in a month from then and the sellers had to close then because of a purchase on their side. The lender needed the work done in order to close so were we were very concerned about getting all this done in the time we had. But we called Kidd and they were FANTASTIC! Their sales guy, Jeff, jumped on the project immediately, had the estimate done in a day, had the solar panel company lined up to remove the panels within a few days, worked with the insurance company, and contracted for all the other work to be done. Work was completed 3 or 4 days before our deadline and Jeff even came out and touched up paint here or there that had been scuffed in the process of removing the old shingles. Could not ask for a better experience. While the other houses in the neighborhood were just getting roofers signs up in the yards in anticipation of work to be done, we were wrapped up. Will be recommending Kidd to my fellow agents right and left. They made me look like a hero.

I recently contact Todd Rossington with Kidd Roofing and after his evaluation, contacted my insurance provider. The adjuster agreed with Todds expert opinion and insurance covered the cost of roof replacement. Todd was the consummate professional in meeting with us to discuss options, explaining the process, coordinating scheduling, ensuring proper delivery of materials, and following up on the installation. In addition, the crew was timely, worked very hard, finished in one day, and cleaned up after the job was complete. Another thing that I liked is that they didnt deliver the material too early and let them sit in my driveway for days like Ive seen other roofers do. I would highly recommend Todd as a salesperson and am happy to have had his employer, Kidd Roofing, install our roof.

We recently had Kidd Roofing replace our roof that was damaged by hail. Dale Mitschke was our main contact. Dale and the crew did an excellent job. We were going out of town for awhile and it had been raining for almost 2 weeks. We thought we were going to have to wait until the fall when we got back. As soon as the sun came out Dale and Kidd roofing got a crew out so that we would not have any problems over the summer. The crew showed up early and left late to get the job done before we left town. We would recommend them highly to any one in the Austin area.

CALL THEM!!!! Kidd roofing is THE roofing company to call. I am in real estate and make phone calls all the time to different tradesmen. You would be surprised how many times the never call back, or show up really late or not at all! I called Kidd roofing and they returned my call immediately, showed up on time, did a wonderful job with the best prices in town. Then the icing on the cake, they were such a pleasure to work with and answered any concerns. Take it from me, this company is a rare gem. Top of the line work at great prices. What more could you want!!

They have Mexican thieves working for them I had a black solar charger today on the roof of the Fairmont and one of their power cords was near it well I left it but went back for it and it was gone you need to find out the two or three employees that were working today on the roof of the Fairmont they got off at 5pm MEXICAN THIEVES! I want it back.They should b fired.

Got 4 quotes. Kidd roofing was the best price, best warranty, most professional and extremely easy to work with our insurance company. They said an inspector would check their installation, and he did. We have had no issues since it was replaced almost 3 years ago.

These guys installed my roof on a large remodel and the job was done acceptably. I have now had a leak and 4 phone calls and two failed appointments later I cant even get them to follow up at all. I will update if they ever call me back. Be wary of these guys.

Did not have Kidd Roofing do any work. The rep sent to my home was dirty and unprofessional. Wanted a copy of my insurance payout before giving a price. The best experience I had with this company was watching their tail lights when they left.
