I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIER WHOLE PROCESS OF WORK AND WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND MCALLEN VALLRY ROOFING!! My roof suffered damage from a hail storm. There were multiple roofing companys in my area performing estimates. Right off the bat McAllen Valley Roofing were being difficult with the estimate process. That was the first red flag and I wish I would have gone with XYZ roofing instead! The guy they had overseeing my house was rude and always too busy and I could never get in contact with him. Long story short, they subcontracted my repair work out to someone else. So it wasnt even them performing the work. McAllen Valley Roofing is Not Professional At All ! I was fooled by all the positive reviews here on google, so if you are reading this, listen to this one and not the other false reviews ! After the sub contractors finished my roof I had to go through my whole yard because of the extremely poor job of cleaning their mess up! After two hours of clean up I found a handful of nails! Which is completely unexceptable! Prior to this I made it clear to the foreman that it is extremely important to pick up all nails and trash due to the fact that I have a pool and kids are always bare foot in the yard! On top of that they dismounted my dish network and damaged it and stuck me with the bill for remounting as well as damaging a flood light that was mounted to the side of my roof. They paid me for the damaged flood light and my work for cleanup which came out to a whopping $90 and they never paid me for my dish remount which they said they were going too! They are dishonest!!!! They also lied to me about getting wind storm certification for my roof. They originally said it was covered in the estimated cost. The foreman called me saying that they are not going to cover it and it would be an extra $500 for the certification. I asked them who they were using for the certification and I contacted the company myself and they told me it only costs $300 to have it done.

From start to finish the entire team Karla, Crystal and especially Shelly were very professional. Always keeping me up to date as to the status of when I could I expect the process to begin and end. The entire team made it very easy to complete the project especially with my busy work schedule they always found ways to work with me regardless of the hour or if it even included the weekend. In the end I could not have asked for a better service or a outcome 100% satisfaction

The crew replaced my roof in a timely manner leaving everything clean when they left.
