Ami came out and gave an efficient and honest estimate for our roof replacement. She reassured us that the roof would be of excellent quality and she was absolutely on point! We were overdue on getting this particular project done, but Ami again reassured us it was well within their abilities and answered all of our questions with a surety that displayed extensive industry knowledge. Alex and his crew performed the work just as we were told it would be done and they were very skilled and efficient in the process. Not only did our home look great when they were done, you would be hard-pressed to tell there had been a crew there that had completely overhauled our roof. Feller Roofings office staff was also very pleasant to deal with and attentive to my inquiries at every turn. Our home was affected by the high winds last spring. The winds were so high, shingles were just flying off of our roof! I called Feller Roofing as soon as I could and Scott was at our house within the hour to begin assessing damages. After the damaging winds stopped, we had lost so many shingles and so many areas of our roof were damaged that we needed a total roof replacement. Feller Roofing was incredibly professional during the entire process. There were many people that were affected by the damaging winds and Feller Roofing fit us in almost immediately. The actual replacement was completed in one day. The workers were courteous and very professional. The roof looks fabulous and has a wonderful warranty. I couldnt be happier! She answered by concern over some roof damage from an oaktree and she also found some extensive hail damage. She helped me through the insurance process including inspection, quote, and payment information. I had several samples to choose from that would complement our neighborhood and her team showed up on time. They cleaned up after each days work and did a thorough clean up of the grounds when the job was completed. Her team was courteous and respective of our personal lives as the job proceeded. Dwayne was very knowledgeable and explained the steps to us in detail. He also came and did the final inspection upon completion of the project. Had a water leak on an existing roof and Ami came out, diagnosed the problem, addressed it, and even gave me instruction on preventative steps I can take. Highly recommended and would highly recommend you have them periodically inspect your roof to make sure you dont have any deteriorated seals on your roof vents.
