So my roof was damaged by a storm. Insurance agreed to replace entire roof. They discounted for age and builders grade materials but still left me with a nicer than expected estimate. I did some research like you are now and was looking for highly reviewed local roofer to do business with. Alex roofing had some of the most reviews and basically all 5 star and a history of good reviews. Sho I called him up. Within a few hours he was inspecting my roof. Faster than I was expecting. I handed him my estimate and he was able too work within it and upgrade shingles, roof vents, and vent pipes. I was just hoping to not have to come much out of pocket. Wasnt even thinking upgrades. He was on a couple jobs so I was pushed out a week. No problem, my roof wasnt leaking. During that week I stated doing research on shingles and wanted to get energy star shingles since I was barely coming out of pocket for the new roof. I notified Alex and he said no problem. I picked them out at Lowes and had to order them. This delayed us a couple more weeks. Once they came in, Alex picked them up and scheduled me 2 days later. His crew showed up at 730am. Had the roof off and halfway back on by noon. They were done by 7pm. I couldnt believe it. I have a 2 story 3000 sqft house plus garage done in a single day. 4 ridge vents added and upgraded and painted to match roof pipes and vents. It looks great. They completely cleaned up before leaving and besides the great looking roof you wouldnt know they were there. He also had a team replace all my gutters all around the house. Brand new gutters look perfect. Again, took less than a day. I also love the fact I was able to upgrade to energy star shingles. They look great and seem to be working. 5pm direct sunlight all day and the attic temp is only 104 while the outside temp is 94 with no wind. This should help keep my upstairs cooler and it feels better to me I think. Overall Im very happy with Alex roofing. I highly recommend him. He is very customer oriented and well priced. Work is fast and very good. If youre getting your roof done, call him. I think youll be happy you did. I am.

What an awesome company. My roof and garage was damaged from this past Oct. storm in Kyle. Along with some interior structural damage inside my living room. The other companies who came out were evasive and could only do the roof. When I called Alex he came the next day and he was the only one who took me outside and explain the damages on the roof. He also was the only one who was willing to fix the interior of my home and interior of the dry wall in the garage. He is the most positive and awesome manager I have ever met. His workers were hard working and honest men. He helped me stay on the budget that my insurance allowed. He works in Kyle and he gives back into our community by other services he can provide. He did an excellent job on my roof, the interior of my living room and garage. His workers cleaned up after themselves. They provided and helped me with some extra work that I needed done. There are not enough words to thank him and let others know how wonderful he is. He runs a professional company and is true blue to his word. That is hard to find in our world today. Im so lucky to have come across this website! I was having problems with my roof and I contacted JenPro Roofing to come out and give an estimate. Things seemed to be okay until I showed the proposal to some friends (since I know nothing about roofing) and they informed me that I was being OVER CHARGED for the work that was supposed to done. I then contacted Alex Chavez Roofing to set up an appointment so they could come by, inspect, and give me a second estimate. He met me right after work (the same day I called) and he quickly identified the problem. I needed to get my issue addressed ASAP since it had been a rainy season. He sealed the section that needed to be repaired for FREE so no more damage could be done since the rain was set to continue and he could not start working on the repairs until the weather cleared. I was so pleased with his knowledge, work, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Most importantly I was able to stay ON BUDGET. Alex is honest, loyal, dependable, and can be counted on to get the job done right. I would definitely recommend and hire his services again. THANK YOU ALEX CHAVEZ ROOFING!!

I would definitely refer Alex Roofing to anyone needing a roof or remodeling job done. He gave me a bid without trying to gouge me because i was a women like a lot of others did. They showed up at my house at 7 am that sat morning and didnt quit until they were finished and did an awesome job. His workers were so polite and respectful to us and our yard while they were working. You couldnt ask for a more honest person. I would most definitely use him again. Alex said he was dedicated to customer service, and he meant it. He came out to meet me at my house in the evening when I got home from my job, inspected the roof and took pictures of the problem areas. Then he quoted me an excellent price within my budget- and heres the important part- got the work done on time AND ON BUDGET! He even took pictures of the work as it progressed, the finished product, then took the time to explain what the repairs were and pointed them out on the roof itself.

After the big storm we just had, I found several shingles in my yard. I went online and saw all of the positive reviews for Alex Chavez Roofing. I contacted him first thing in the the morning and he came to my house after work. It turned out that the shingles were not from my house, but he did not even charge me for inspecting my roof. He was very informative, polite, quick and also dependable. I am glad that I did not have to fix my roof, but if I do, I will use Alex Chavez Roofing.

iwould definitely recommended Alex Roofing to ANYONE! First of all, the owner Alex is a very professional and HONEST guy. He did a wonderful job on my neighbors roof and had fair pricing. After hearing from many people about this company, I too decided to have a full roof replacement by Alex. It is hard to fine people who do good work especially when you are as hard to please as I am. Alex roofing gets 5 stars from me, MR. HARD TO PLEASE!
