We solicited bids for a new composition shingle roof from three separate Austin area roofing companies, and Quality Roofing submitted the most cost effective approach of all. We had a couple minor hiccups throughout the process, but our Sales representative, Tyler Taunton, saved the day for both me the customer, and for the company, Quality Roofing. Tyler stepped-up to the plate in the 9th inning of the re-roofing process and made things good again. With personnel like Tyler in the field who care about the customers needs and requirements, Quality Roofing will continue to be a company you can come to rely on. My wife and I are co-owners of Ma Maison - a wedding venue in Dripping Springs, Texas. We contacted Quality Roofing to replace a roof over our trellis that was leaking due to a poor choice of materials by our original contractor. Joseph came out to our site and provided us a reasonable bid to remove the previous roof and replace it with a metal roof. We were given choices of colors and style. His crew did an excellent job of completing the project in a timely fashion and more importantly cleaning up any debris on the site. This was important as we were having the work done between weddings scheduled each weekend. Cannot say how pleased we are with the final product. Would recommend them highly.

Joseph and team at Quality Roofing are incredible. Ive remodeled and restored homes for about 11 years now and only wish I wouldve known about them way back when! They use the latest, greatest materials and are incredible problem solvers for even the most challenging roof situations. We have a roof that is partially flat (thanks to the roofing system Quality Roofing installs, it now has a lifetime warranty and we are worry free!)...they have not only performed an impeccable installation but it is also incredibly cosmetically pleasing to the eye. I cannot recommend Quality Roofing enough...dont believe me? Go get other bids, then compare...proof is in the pudding!

I highly recommend these guys. They came in way ahead of everyone else on the bid, so I was kind of skeptical, but short on $$$, so I decided to hire them. They came out in the morning and had most of the house done by evening. I was so impressed that I went to the store to get some beer for the crew when they finished for the day. They finished up the next day and had the yard all cleaned up, you couldnt even tell they were there except for the brand new shingles. I used to roof house when I was younger, so I know what a roof is supposed to look like. The shingles were straight, flat and clean when they finished. I must say, I am impressed!

had THREE QUOTES, CCR Roofing gave me the confidence and peace of mind I was looking and researching for, they were very thorough in explaining the process of how they were going to fix my very damaged roof, damaged done by our Beloved Mother Nature, as a single parent, CCR Roofing made me feel relaxed from the beginning,knowing they were going to take care of my worries, appointment was very quick, job followed right after. Quality Roofing just completed installation of a standing seam metal roof on a new construction custom home for us. The communication, attention to detail, and quality is best in class. The flashing details are important, and Quality takes the time to get this right. The roof looks great, the jobsite was clean when the crew left, and I appreciate the communication and flexibility from Joseph and the team to coordinate with myself and other trades during all phases of the installation. Quality Roofing installed a new roof on our home in late July. They showed up on the day promised, covered the pot plants on the deck and the shrubs around the house and got to work. By 3:00 that afternoon I had a new roof and nothing was left behind to indicate that anyone had been at the house. I was highly satisfied with the bidding process and the actual installation. Joseph was easy to get in contact with and able to answer the questions presented to him. I would certainly recommend Quality Roofing to anyone who needs this type of service.

If I could rate a zero I would. I had the WORST EXPERIENCE ever with the phone receptionist last week... Wednesday or Thursday I believe! She was absolutely NO HELP at all, did not have any roofing knowledge whatsoever! Mustve been having a bad day possibly but no reason to take these actions out on a customer? And to top it off she hung up on me, I called back and there was no answer. I was really quite excited to get some work done at my home... But Ive had to take my business elsewhere... Wouldnt recommend due to this incident...

I had Quality Roofing work on replacing my roof. They were great. They communicate really well about every step they are doing, and if I have any question they are there to answer. I had Wesley Williams with Quality Roofing the main guy that was there for me. He met with my insurance guy, he sent me the documents I asked for to send to my mortgage company. AND the most important thing is my roof looks AWSOME. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good roofing company. Five stars from me.

Quality just replaced my metal roof due to the hail storm a year ago and these guys did a great job. From the guys who put on the roof to Taylor, the project manager, they all were very professional and kept me well informed throughout this entire process. The proof is in the finished product and it looks great and seems to be better than the original one. Highly recommend these guys to anyone and will certainly use them again if I ever need to.
