Update: Got my roof inspected and fixed today in 10 Minutes! I gladly paid the guy $250.00 because he didnt try to screw me like Burch! One look at their office and you would never let them do your roof! Called for an estimate, had three shingles lift up ing last storm! House is only 9 years old! Took a day and a guy drove up, I met him outside. He tried from the start to control the conversation and couldnt get on the roof, didnt try! Told him best view was from the street behind the house! He said OK. Then he said,"were going to give your roof a full service." I asked if he could explain, and he said a whole bunch of stuff I dont understand, nail pops sealing the vents and stuff and I reminded him, I wanted the three shingles fixed, thats all. So he said he would have his second story guys come take a look. Never happened! I call two days later and the receptionist said they had sent the quote in the mail! THE MAIL??? I asked her to email me a copy! . Replace 3-4 shingles at crest of roof . 3 Tab shingle. Color: Leatherwood. Note: new shingles may not match existing exactly . Do general roof maintenance on rest of roof. Estimate $525.00 dollars! I emailed back, seems excessive, i just want the shingles fixed, can you itemize the estimate? Of course if they cant do it their way, they are not there to help! Tried to go local but seems the locals are just here to screw the people in the subdivisions! By their math it would cost $157,000.00 to replace every shingle on the roof!
