A few months ago I left four couch pillow covers and they charged me $45. The next day, they called me saying that the zipper on one of the pillow covers was damaged, they asked if I wanted it fixed. I said yes and asked how much it would cost, $55!! On the day I went to get it they charged me $83.60, claiming that one of the covers was dirty with dog pee. First of all, when I left the pieces there, I did not notice a damaged zipper, and it did not seem like anything had been changed. Second of all, even though they had done the job, it should not have cost twice as much.I’m not sure why the price went up so much. I went to Aubrey for the same service and it was much cheaper!

I did not get all my clothes returned that I had taken in. I called them about it, and they said that they throw away items that they do not ordinarily clean. So, my sports socks and underwear were thrown away. I asked why they did not call me to let me know, so I could come pick up the items. They said that too many people give them such laundry and that they could not possibly call them all, so that they just throw it all out. Thanks a lot.

Worst cleaners Ive ever used. Paid 16$ for heavy starch on 2 shirts and 2 pairs of jeans, No crease at all.. Tried them once again.. 5$ for one pair of jeans... No crease at all again.. The jeans were about as flemsy as a wet noodle..I could have done a better job with a can of starch and an iron...Refuse to use this cleaners again

This place is the biggest rip-off I have ever seen! $7.75 for getting shirts cleaned. 6 shirts cost me $30.00. They tell you the fabric is special and then charge you. You tell the lady at the register she is not correct and she yells at you in front of everyone. Horrible, Horrible, place. Never go here.

Great Service! Have been using them the last few months since moving here, and they do a fantastic job with business pants and shirts, will have them ready as quick as you ask for them, and have friendly greetings/conversations during transactions.
