I was offered a bag in order to more easily take my clothing to the business to be cleaned, and the last time I had taken clothes to this business, I put two suits and several shirts in the bag and when I packed up my clothes, the jacket to one of my suits was missing. I asked about the jacket and they told me that they would check in to it and get back with me. Little to say, the never got back with me, I have had to talk to several people in order for them to ultimately tell me that they never make mistakes, and telling me that I am a liar. This suit cost me over $2500.00, and I can not just replace a jacket because the fabric would not match. I have been more than willing to work with them and would take a substantially lower reimbursement, or some kind of way to make it right due to the fact that the suit is used and cut specifically for me, but the have shown no willingness to admit any wrongdoing or offer me anything in an attempt to continue to earn my business. I will be looking for a new dry cleaner as of now! This business offers terrible customer service, and they claim that none of their employees are capable of making a mistake.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This place ruined my wifes brand new dress that still had the tag on it when we took it in. The collar of this dress was ivory, but came back gray. The owner said she would correct the issue but then the seams behind the collar came back torn up, the inside of the collar had smudge marks, and the gray collar came back in a lighter shade of gray. She said she would fix it again, but all she did was do some sewing and remove the smudges. The owner then began to blame us for bringing them clothing that had defective fabric and told us she couldnt do anything because she doesnt make clothes and told us that we needed to go back to Neiman Marcus and ask for a refund! To add insult to injury, she only offered to refund the cost of dry cleaning!!!

There is a rat trap right in front of the store...actually if you are not paying attention you can step into it. Once I stepped finally in, the lady inside (Agnes) started bossing me around and being extremely rude. I asked about pricing and she was very upset (for some reason). She is actually shouting orders like: "last name", "slow down" with no "please" or "sorry". Plus her English is very poor (wouldnt be a good idea to have a client facing representative that is gracious and speak English)???? Inside it was dirty and there was a weird smell (it might be related to the rat trap outside?) If you expect to be serviced gracefully, look somewhere else. If you are looking for a clean place, this is not it. I will actually address these concerns with the Customer Protection Agency.

I have been taking my dry cleaning to this location for a couple of years. In the past 12 -18 months I have had dress shirts that they have said the they did not clean because the were damaged. I wrote it off as the shirts being old. Today the same thing happened to a dress shirt that is not even a year old. They claim that when they sorted the shirts this morning, the lady noticed that the shirt was torn and they did not wash it. This shirt is a very good name brand shirt and did not come to the in this condition. I am very disappointed in the service and will not return.

This place ruined a brand new dress shirt of my husbands and all we got was a note on the garmet saying they couldnt fix the stain...what stain?? it was brand new?! When I took it in she blamed us for getting the stain on the shirt, which looked like tiger stripes all over it, and offered no reimbursement and no apology. Do not go to these people.

I LOVE this cleaners! They are the first cleaners here in Frisco that has actually been able to make my collar on my shirt lay right! Always have it done on time. Always courteous. Highly recommend!
