I ALWAYS use local businesses even if they are more expensive. ALWAYS. This dry cleaner opened up right down the street from me approx 2 yers ago. I immediately started using them. I have used them exclusively since they opened. A few weeks ago, I dropped of my clothes & my wifes clothes like always. My wife has a shirt that is an accordian fold (looks kinda wrinkled). We have been taking it to this dry cleaners for 2 years. Well, this time, they ironed out the pleats so the whole shirt is flat. Now, the shirt does not fit my wife at all. I talked to the owner today and she said they didnt do it & I must have done it. I calmy explained to her that I have been taking this shirt to them for 2 years and we never iron any clothes. She insisted that they would never do that. I told her I understand, but someone obviously made a mistake. She said they dont make mistakes and I must have ruined it myself. I asked her if the shirt was worth losing all my business as well as all of the people that I have referred to her over the past 2 years. She said that she did not care. Well, she does not care about your business, so make sure you go somewhere else.

Ive been using Premium Cleaners for 5+ years and never had a major problem. Ive asked them to re-clean a few items once in these 5+ years. If there were stains or issues with items, I always let them know upfront so they could pay attention to this. Last month, I brought in seat cushions to be cleaned, which Ive done previously. When I picked them up, there were scattered black spots in center area that was about 5 inches in diameter, nearly identical on the two of the three cushions. I called immediately and left a message to which they never responded. The following week, I returned to the store with the cushions and asked them to remove the spots they created from the initial cleaning process. When I went to pick them up yesterday, the lady insisted it was mold that was there when I dropped them off. She proceeded to argue with me and raise her voice and would not even entertain the idea that the identical perfect circular spots on both cushions were the result of the cleaning process. I closed my account and left and will file with the BBB, for whatever that is worth.

Easily the greatest cleaners that I have ever used--very cost friendly. I take my work clothes about once per month to be dry-cleaned--they always remember my name. Plus, my clothes are always done on time and perfectly pressed. They even offered to reclean a white jacket at no cost when they noticed a stain on the day I went to pick it up. They couldve easily let me walk out with it that way--but he saw it and said they would clean it again for me. AND it was ready the next morning. Pretty good basic alterations, too. Couldnt ask for more.

They are the best cleaners I have ever used. Things were always done on time and they even returned my credit card once when I left it in a jacket pocket. I would walk in & they always knew me by name. I highly recommend them. Ihave used them at least once a week for the past 2 years. Reasonable and great customer service

The staff is exceptionally courteous & instead of putting holes in my garments they loop the tag around which I really like. I take all my dry cleaning there and they come to the side and get my dirty garments & give me my clean garments. Very convenient & everything looks great when I pick up!

I love this place. The prices are right; the people are wonderful and they do great work. I left a credit card in my pants pocket and they called me right away to let me know so I could retrieve it. They have never damaged anything Ive taken there since they opened five or more years ago.

AWFUL. Went there once and they screwed up my order made me pay when I dropped off and then had some fun hidden charges that I had to pay once I picked up my clothes. Never go to here unless you want to pay twice.
