Wow, looks like I should have read these reviews before taking my clothes here. DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE. I brought mine to the Greenville Ave location in Dallas, but its all the same because they come through this Plano store to get cleaned. They put multiple holes in my dress shirts, and when I tried to get them to even look at the shirts and think rationally about how the holes could have gotten there, they refused, said my shirts were old, and that it was normal fraying. Not sure how two perfectly round holes spaced one inch apart in my right sleeve are normal wear and tear, especially when the same type of holes were found in the EXACT SAME POSITION on ALL 3 of my shirts that were bundled together at the cleaners. Monny is the manager at the Greenville location, and usually is a nice guy, but this time he screwed me over. His manager (Alan) who works at this Plano location (8660 Ohio Dr.) was an even bigger jerk, completely talking over me on the phone and refusing to even listen to what I had to say. He even questioned my age (what relevance does that have again??). He had no interest in even looking at my shirts himself because hes a "very busy guy" (so are we all Alan, welcome to the world), and said "I have every reason to believe Monny over you. You have 30 more seconds to say whatever you want to say." He of course hung up on me as soon as I started to explain again the situation. DONT COME HERE IF YOURE LOOKING FOR EVEN AVERAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE, because you wont get it. Yeah, most times theyll probably not screw up your clothes, but the first time they do, theyll completely stonewall you and leave you high and dry. Please learn from my poor experience and take your clothes elsewhere.

Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere, its not worth the hassle of the cheap prices for shirts. Despite that this location is less than 5 minutes I will not be going back. Ive been going here for about 4 months getting shirts laundered as well as dry cleaned. Went there this past Saturday, and they said they couldnt launder my shirt because the shirts wouldnt fit the size of their machine. Right, how was it handled the previous 4 months? So I only dry cleaned a few of the shirts and my pants this time. When I came back to pick up the clothes yesterday they had a shirt that was ripped on the sleeves at the cuffs. This also happened 2 months before and I thought nothing of it. Manager stated it was ripped prior to being cleaned and it wasnt their fault. Also forgot one of my shirts so when I went back, one of the ladies said it will be ready another day (without giving specifics). Another lady went and checked on it, and it was actually already cleaned and ready for pickup. So the girl just lied straight to my face.

Just arriving in the Plano/Frisco area from the Midwest, I tried out this cleaner. This was my second visit to the establishment. I returned a pair of grey and white joggers because during the cleansing process of my joggers they were returned to me grey and pink. I took them back to this establishment. The employees give great customer service but, the owner/manager I RATHER NOT SAY. I tried explaining to him that "I understand mistakes happen, just clean them again". He told me to get the "F" out of his store, in front of his customers, which obviously means he does not care. I informed my wife of what happened and she went in to try and smooth over the madness, he told her that if she didn’t leave the establishment, he was going to call the police on her. Needless to say, I took the joggers to another cleaners and they were returned to me grey and white. Owners like him should not be in business. He just lost about $250.00 a month in business.

This place like the aforementioned reviews state is terrible. The only thing good about it is the location. Shirts with no stains come back "cleaned" with stains. They put tons of staples in your shirts in the worst places and they are a hazard to remove and wedge out without trying to rip a hole in the garment! You go to pick up your dry cleaning when your ticket indicates and they tell you its not ready. The last straw was they made a button on the garment sleeve fall off and all they do is staple a flag that says: "replace button". Umm do you think so? Wow. Dont be fooled by the convenient location unless you are prepared to lose time, money, and the quality of your garments. Will definitely go somewhere else and spend more money if it means our garments are treated properly and with care. Since oh yeah thats generally why things get dry cleaned in the first place because they need special care as they may be made with expensive materials!!

BEWARE!!! This is a corrupt business. I dropped off a few shirts during the Wednesday special they claim to have and when I picked them up I was told that I must have picked them up because they did not have them. I talked to the Indian manager/owner and he told me that he would call the police on me when I demanded for my shirts. He was the most disrespectful person I have ever met so much that I was very close to punch him in his big stinking mouth for insulting me. I avoided a real confrontation and returned a week later and was told that the shirts in fact were there. I had been a customer for over 4 years and never had this issue. Dont know whats going on now but I will never go back and advise you not to do the same unless you want to have an issue sooner or later. They should be investigated by law enforcement, Im pretty sure that other customers that are more humble been cheated there.

I have been going to this dry cleaners for over two years now until they ruined a coat. The sad part is that the coat isnt even worth a lot. The girl at the front desk tried to give me the measly 5 dollars back for the service, but the manager snatched it out of her hands and ordered me to leave the premises. This is after he tried to tell me that nylon and polyester are the same material (he said he was a textile graduate-any idiot can look it up and see he is wrong). He then said I was disrespecting him because I told him they ruined my coat. He was angry and argumentative, and he made all of his employees very uncomfortable. When I told a lady in the parking lot that my coat was ruined, he came running out screaming like a madman. I was in fear of my life. There are plenty of dry cleaners around-clearly this one is not the best.

They lost a dress last winter and today they made a dress go from bold, vibrant colors to dull and pastel. They take no responsibility and the General Manager claimed that he was the owner and refused to give me his name to make a complaint. While he was checking with his specialist, I actually asked one of his co-worker if the owner was here, and she said no but that the guy I dealt with was a General Manager. While arguing with this liar, I unfortunately said "are you serious, youre not going to do anything about it? You fd up my dress", so he kicked me out of his property for cursing. He pretended to call the cops by picking up his phone and walking into his office and never returned. I advise never to go there. Both dresses were Trina Turks valued at $300 each.
