Rude. Horrible standard of service. I realize all dry cleaners usually make a mistake at some point, but save your money on this one and find somewhere else. I WAS a regular customer here, but Ill never come back. Its issue after issue with these guys. Random stains not there before, wrinkled clothes, slow, and just plain rude. The icing on the cake was this last time I went. I dropped off a large king size comforter to be cleaned. First issue... they took an entire week to "clean" it (I actually used to manage a Dry Clean Super Center and the standard turn around time for a comforter is 2 business days unless its made of special material or stained, which mine wasnt). The second and much bigger issue is when I got it back home, I noticed there was a HUGE hole in it and the stuffing was falling out. It was conveniently folded in a way you couldnt see the rip unless you took it off the hangar. Easily a 6 inch long rip in it. They clearly would have seen this prior to folding it, hanging it on the hangar, and returning it to me. I guess they just didnt care or think I would notice? So, I take it back and show the manager the hole. He proceeds to tell me that hes not responsible for household items. Then he tells that this happens all the time and that its cheap/old fabric that causes the holes during the cleaning process. I didnt realize my $300 Nautica comforter bought less than a year ago was cheap or old. The manager was clearly used to having conversations like this with customers. He made me feel like I should feel lucky it wasnt worse. He refused to refund me for the cleaning or pay for the comforter. He offered me 50% off to have a tailor repair the hole I didnt make. Ridiculous.

I took one of my shirts by wanted to try this place before I trusted them with a lot of my clothes. I was informed I needed to pay up front since it was less than $5.00. Thought is was unusual since the shirt was brand new and why would I drop off a shirt and not return? Odd, but OK. gave the guy his $1.99 my shirt was ready the next day and it seemed fine. Next time I was dropping of my wifes dry cleaning which was 2 blouses and 2 dresses. A Lady this time said it would be $15 something and I said cant you just give me a pick up receipt and I can pay when I pick up? She said no it was their policy. I told her the guy that works here said if it was under $5 it was cash and she said no since it was my first time (which it wasnt) they needed cash. I have a feeling they are pocketing the cash and not running it through the system. Why else would they tell me this? Why would anyone drop off their clothes and not pick them up? Dont like inconsistent behavior and they werent really concerned at all if they got my business or not. Too many other places to put up with their BS.

Dropped off 3 mens dress shirts and a pair of slacks. Didnt notice till I got home that I was charged for dry cleaning of the 3 dress shirts. Every other dry cleaning place over the last 30 years that I have used always laundered the dress shirts. When I complained today about why they would dry clean dress shirts, the man stated that unless I specify, they assume you want them dry cleaned. I also asked why I was charged 2.89 per item when the sign at the street and the sign over the front door say 2.39. The man said that a new owner just took over and the price was 2.89, even though there was no signage inside or outside the business showing a price of 2.89. I asked for a refund, and was told that they werent authorized to give a refund and I would need to talk to the owner next week when they are in. Charging 50 cents overage on every items dry cleaned probably has brought in thousands of dollars of overcharges. Go to the business at your own risk.

Brought in a tie with a stain, stain didnt come out the first time, left it with the dry cleaner and picked it up a 2nd time, didnt have time to look at it so brought it home to discover the tie was all ripped up in the back and was wrinkled and faded. Brought it in again, the manager said I should leave it with her to alter the rips (without the owner knowing as he would charge me) and they would fix the wrinkles. Tried picking it up another two times and it was still wrinkled. Finally came in a 5th time to get my tie and the manager kept telling me the owner told him that it came in like that...for some reason the owner wouldnt come talk to me. Finally he came out and told me that I had brought it in like that, that it had been washed at home, and that I am the one who did the alterations to fix the rips. This was a brand new tie. Obviously the manager who offered to fix my tie without the owners knowledge knew how unethical and cheap the owner is.

Took clothes in, and prepaid for cleaning as they require when I dropped them off. When I picked them up, they wanted to charge me more because they said they did not charge the correct amount originally. I gave them my credit card for payment, but questioned the additional charge since I had prepaid and could not now verify the reasons for the new additional charges. THE MANAGER/OWNER PULLED THE PLASTIC OFF OF MY CLOTHES, WADDED THEM UP IN A BALL AND LEFT THEM FOR ME TO TAKE IN THAT CONDITION!!! I guess they expected me to pay as many times as they wanted to charge me and never ask why. Do yourself a favor and find another cleaners.

The worst customer service here, I brought the same amount and the same shirts and first time was $13 and second time $25. They broke all the bottons of my shirt, I brought it back and the Asian lady was so rude and she said, is not their fault and they need to charge me to replace the bottons, so today I just picked up my clothes and other shirt has broken bottons and they say they are not responsible for them. That really sucks if they will be breaking my bottons. I am not coming back there ever.

I am new to the area and was DESPERATE for dry cleaning. I went to this location a few weeks ago. Today I pulled out one of the dresses I got dry cleaned there and it is ruined. All of the accent on the top half of the dress are gone and it looks horrible!! I, of course, do not have my receipt after this long so I do not know if anything can be done.

Great location, but if you like your clothes, I dont recommend taking them to this cleaners. So many mysterious stains, rips, and missing buttons occurred on my familys clothing that we found a different cleaners. Admittedly, all cleaners will mess up at one time or another, but this one has been the worst Ive ever known.
