Horrible experience! He gave my clothes to another customer and told me they would be back in the shop in three days. When I came in to pick them up, he did not have them. After two weeks of back and forth, he finally had my clothes. I went in to get them and he told me I had to pay full price. I refused to pay full price and he got angry. After arguing with him, he allowed me to pay $10 off. I got home and realized that he shrank two pairs of my suit pants. Do not go here!!!

Wow this place is bad. Took them two weeks to get me 7 pieces of dry cleaning back after they lost it! Then they had the nerve to hold my clothes hostage until I paid full price. What happened to customer service and making right by your mistakes. Dont trust this place!

my jacket looked EXACTLY the same as when i took it in. i think they just sprayed it with febreeze
