Lost a pair of my pants on 2 different occasions!! The last time I actually confronted them about it and the owner "Zeb" acted as if it was NO BIG DEAL and that they would turn up. They didnt after a few weeks and so she gave me SOMEONE ELSES PANTS claiming they were mine and later that day asked for them back!! I could have just kept them since it was HER screw up but decided to do the right thing for the other victim, and bring them back. After buying the same EXACT pants that they "lost" I brought my receipt and the other persons pants back and said that she should at least PAY ME for the lost pair of pants... she got an ATTITUDE and said Sorry but PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES!!!! She said that she COULDNT pay me the $30 right then, it would have to wait (she runs a business and doesnt even have $30 cash!!!!!????)... I had to go out of MY WAY AFTER THEIR MISTAKE and pick up the check later.... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DONT WANT TO LOSE MY CLOTHES SO NOT GOING BACK!
