I am absolutely furious with this place!! Ive been coming here for about two years. I bring my Pottery Barn bedding probably once every 6 weeks. We have dogs so sometimes we have accidents on the bedding. It has never been a problem until about two weeks ago. One of my puppies got sick on the bed. I immediately took the comforter off and rushed it to the cleaner (as Ive done probably several times before). I told them what happened and thought that was that. A week later we go to pick it up. Got the comforter home and it smelled HORRIBLY of chemicals and it had obviously been washed (its dry clean only). The chemical smell was so bad we had to wrap it back in plastic and put it away until we could have it recleaned. We took it back to them and told them what happened. They said they would reclean it. Well I just picked the comforter back up and it is ruined!!! Its obviously been washed again!! The fabric is all balled up and lost the sheen it has before!! I told the manager that it was a $300 comforter. He basically said tough luck nothing we can do and walked away!! Im almost in tears. I do not have the money to just go buy a new comforter and that guy was horrible! I was about to cry there and he just crossed his arms and shrugged! I will NEVER go back. And I just read they have an F on the BBB website!! The owner claimed to have an A+ rating and be BBB accredited, none of which is true!! After getting home I have now realized the comforter also has shrunk, since it was dried!! There are tears where some of the tufting used to be and there is a hole and a torn seam. Upon calling pottery barn to try and replace it, I was told they no longer make this particular one!!! When I took it back up there to show the owner he refused to come talk to us and told the front desk person to just tell us he was leaving for the day. The owners father then accused me of causing the damage myself! The complete lack of customer service and accountability has been absolutely shocking!! When we told the owners father we would not return he basically said "good". We asked for a refund for the cleaning charges since they ruined the quilt and they said no. We have now disputed the cleaning charges with the bank and also contacted the BBB!

Ive taken my clothes there for a while now. I took an expensive purse in to them to see if they could clean lip gloss out of it. He said they would try for me. I left the purse with them. When I went to go pick up the purse from them I made the mistake of not checking to see if they had actually cleaned the purse out before paying them. When I got to work, I realized that the lip gloss had not been cleaned out. I assumed it was an honest mistake went back to ask them about it, and the young man working at the front went and spoke with his manager, came back and said they couldnt get it cleaned out. I asked him why I paid $30 to have my purse cleaned if they never cleaned it out. The manager told me that they tried and couldnt and he refused to give me my money back. I told him I was going to take my business elsewhere and he told me that I should. I am very disappointed in their customer service and attitude. My friends, family, and co-workers will no longer be going there.

My husband dropped off 4 articles of clothing. We needed to have 3 pairs of pants hemmed and a zipper corrected on my jeans. They were to be ready on Thursday. We did not pick them up until the following Monday. He received my three pairs of hemmed pants and someone elses pants. I called the owner (he said he was the owner - Jason) and I complained. He said he had no idea how it happened, but it was a mistake. I explained that I had someone elses pants, he really didnt give a hoot! He was rude and obnoxious and told me to not return after picking up my jeans (that we paid $150 for so yes, I was concerned since I dont typically spend that kind of money on jeans). He never mentioned on returning the Dana Buchman size medium pants, he didnt care. RUDE RUDE RUDE! BEWARE.

Took 4 jackets to be cleaned. The employee told me it would be $30.15. I left them and drove north on Preston and notice $2.39 per garment. I went back to get the clothes the guy said, I cant get them they have been placed somewhere else then offered me 50% off. I told him about the price down the road of $2.39 he then repeated 50% of and could not get the clothes I had requested to be returned he said he could not. I felt I was held hostage and agreed. I believe he could have given back the clothes I had originally requested he pretty much lied to me and kept my clothes to secure a payment. Never will I do business with them again. This is unethical behavior.

Actually picked up my stuff after closing. He was there working and was more than nice about letting me get my clothes. Quality wise I have always been happy but they really shine on customer service. Highly recommend.
