Bait and switch. Visited on a Tuesday and got the hard sell for my 16 year old who wanted to join. I was offered the black card membership for him and told he could use all services except tanning, and that I, the parent, just needed to sign a "waiver" for the massage tables/chairs and for him to be there by himself. However when we got to the part where we pay they needed a routing number from my checkbook (couldnt do debit or credit cards whuch is ridiculous in this day and age) and I realized that I didnt have it with me. Jordan assured me that all my info was saved and that I just needed to pop back in with routing #. Well...I tried to do that tonight. NO information was saved! NO we couldnt do the black card membership at all. So the big sell that we got the first time and my son was excited about wasnt really true. Staff was less than friendly and poor communication. They may be cheap but need work on customer service.

Dear owner, after reading reviews regarding the Rockwall location it seems clients have issues with your employees. Instead of responding with your two cents worth, why not visit your location unannounced. Ive worked in the service industry(customer service), for the lack of a better word, for many years. Im old school. Ill never forget what one trainer told me when I starting working retail back in the late 70s, " if people dont walk through that door, you dont have a job, I dont have a job, the store manager doesnt have a job...." Its very simple, if your employees dont want to be there, give them their walking papers. My co-worker is trying to persuade me to join PF for she is a member at this location.

Have some rude staff and the black card is misleading......we bring our son and some of the staff lets him use the hydro message or the message chair and others are really rude and tell us no he has to be a black card member and 18 bc its a liability....ummmmm a message is a liability? Whatever.....on top of every time we go in there....there is a short guy who is very errigant and always ask for a birth certificate on my son even though he know there was on uploaded and makes us wait until he can find it and laughs about it. If we could cancel without the penalty charge we would have the first week and now we are stuck

Great for beginners! The staff is nice, all the equipment is new, everything is well kept and in order, the bathrooms and lockers are in good condition. They have dumbbells up to 60 pounds, a few EZ bars and straight bars, but they DONT have any other free weights. No squat rack, no deadlift, no bench press. They have smith machines, but I personally dont like them. Overall: great facility, best for beginners who are learning the ropes and want to "ease" into their gym experience.

Black card membership is misleading concerning guest privileges. Was told tonight that my guest could not use the massage chairs although weve done it before and the ad says unlimited guest privileges. Disappointed after driving my guest 40 minutes especially after being allowed by other staff to do so. The gym itself is nice and Ive enjoyed it except for this experience in which the young man decided to throw his weight around on the point.

Signed up a week ago and LOVE it! Will be signing up for a training session soon. Really enjoy the hydromassage and tanning. The only drawback is all staff should be friendly. There is one who just doesnt seem to be friendly and has no business in customer service with that attitude. But overall, the place is clean & offers plenty of cardio. Enjoy having a place I can afford.

Love this place! Clean, friendly staff, and plenty of cardio machines. My only fuss is on my last 2 visits I have noticed other members holding a machine for themselves while they are using another machine so they can alternate. How do you handle something like this, especially when those are the last 2 machines you need?

Super clean, super big, everything is new and working great. Came as a guest and so impressed that i signed up that day. Hope it stays this way and they keep up the good work. Only con is the staff did not seem welled trained concerning the black card equipment rooms but worked through it and everything is great.

Planet Fitness always been nice place to get your fitness going, glad to see one come to Rackwall. Peak times is getting pretty pack, everyone is figuring it out is the place to go..so if you can avoid the peak times , you can get your workout groove going without having to wait around.

Love the price and the convenience! Staff not so friendly, though. You see the energetic attitudes when trying to sell you the membership but afterwards they stand around as if they hate working there. Aside from that, what a great gym and i would definitely recommend it!!

Pretty much love this place, nice and clean. The nicest young man that worked there was fired. The rest of the staff doesnt know how to say anything but I dont know, go online and look it up. I guess thats just how young people are these days.

I used to use the Garland location and this one is so much nicer and bigger! just has more equipment and more options as far as tanning working out massage chairs everything it seems like!

Friendly service. Its a good place for all levels of strength and fitness. There are no intimidating,loud, men that drop their weights and grunt loudly. (Theyre big but no obnoxious)

The equipment is not good quality and the are limited... Not a great variety. A lot if turn over... I get used to the kids then the fire everyone and bring in a new batch.

Great price for membership. Lots of exercise choices. Bring your earbuds and listen to your own device or one of their many TVs. WiFi provided. Very clean!

Friendly staff, hydromassage is unbelievable! And the red stop /green go system PF has for the 12 min Abs is great. Well worth the black card member fees.
