Disorganized. Unfriendly. Lack of communication. Lack of product knowledge. Dont be fooled by there smiles and phony gimmicks! Dont pay extra for the services either, the tanning bed is always "in use" or broken or dirty. The Sauna isnt hot enough half the time. The Hydro massage is either "in use" or sections of the massage area are broken. Daycare faciltiy is UNLICENSED, no background checks done on staff, dirty dirty toys, holes in the wall, ugly chipped paint, although the daycare staff seemed genuinely nice and caring. Classes get full fast and overly crowded. Has a dirty smell when you walk around in class rooms. The ONLY good thing is the 1 personal trainer there, Jennifer. Who does it all and knows it all! She truly is amazing. If I could take her with me I would!! ALWAYS Read the fine print before signing up and upgrading or downgrading! New management/owners suck!!

*EDIT*- Upon writing this review I was contacted by the local manager who helped get the situation resolved. I am an Air Force active duty spouse. Before singing my contract with this gym I was assured that if/when my husband received military orders I would be able to get out of my contract and cancel my membership with no penalty. Fast forward several months, my husband receives orders and we leave the city. I call to cancel my contract and am slapped with a cancellation bill of over $200. After talking to four people with billing, who all refused to help me, I am told by collections that in the fine print of my contract, they have no exceptions for cancellation even for military orders and that I should have read my contract better. If you are a military service member/spouse, do NOT join this gym. They are not military friendly.

I have been a member here for a few years. I came from an athletic background but I had not worked out consistently in years until I joined this gym. I was so scared and uncomfortable coming in but the classes really turned things around for me. I love that it is all women, all ages, and all fitness levels. Everyone (both staff and members) are super helpful and supportive. My kids have grown up in the childcare room and it has been great for them socially! Its nice to be able to have them with me while I workout but not right under my feet distracting me! I also love the sauna!!! I highly recommend this gym to any and all women! It has a great community feel and everyone is welcoming and supportive.

From someone that never posts reviews this is one to beware. Everyone from corporate call center is an absolute waste of time. Signed with them in May of 2013. Canceled in 2014, as of 2015 I get a call from collections even after sending a certified letter to terminate my contract last year. Be sure to READ THE FINE PRINT on the contract you sign. Google, Better Business Bureau and read how unprofessional their parent company National Fitness is. Best interest if you steer clear of this crap gym.

Ive been working out here for about three years and love it!! Group classes are great and they have a great Team Training class! The new manager Whitney seems to be doing great and is very helpful if you have a billing issue. I enjoy chatting with other ladies who enjoy working out all while getting in the best shape of my life.

Lady of America is an amazing place. Everything is always clean which is a huge deal for me. The Staff is very friendly and helpful, always has a smile on their face.It feels very nice to workout at a place that makes you feel very welcomed. I have no plans on leaving any time in the near future.

This gym is amazing! The women are so nice and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is no nonsense and the can make you sweat! Also, I have never been in a gym so clean! Tons of equipment, daycare, sauna, hydromassage, and tanning! Yes please

I recently became a member of Lady of America and I love it! Everyone is always so nice. I love the classes! The best part is I can workout, tan and get a massage all in the same place. :) Best gym I have worked out at for sure!!

Absolutely LOVE this gym. Ive been a member for about 3 months now and have no complaints. Love the environment, the staff is always friendly and the trainers are amazing!
