Very pleased with ASAP Computer Services - could not ask for better. Courtney came out the same day I called and diagnosed my PC very quickly and efficiently. Found and corrected problems caused by Windows 10 (which I did not want!) and explained to me - in plain English - why some things I thought were an issue, really werent. He determined that I had no viruses and that my PC was well protected and running smoothly and efficiently. He also found and corrected problems I had been having with other devices connected to my PC - something the original provider could not resolve. Will certainly use them for all my computer issues in the future, and highly recommend ASAP Computer Services.

Courtney came to see me and solved all my computer problems! He was able to get everything running again, better than it had in ages. He also installed an Apple TV for us and showed me how to use it ! Also, I was given a time for them to be here, they called when they were about 10 minutes out, and showed up within the time given. My Asus tablet has been shutting down randomly. I called to see about maybe replacing the battery. They told me it was $85/hour and she didnt know whether or not that would include parts. I asked if she could quote me a price for the part in case it wasnt included, and she couldnt tell me how much that would cost either.

My computer is my lifeblood, I m an engineer, so I moved my computer into my new office and it would not boot. There was a flashing cursor like on an old DOS screen, but it did not load windows. Asap Fixed my computer on the spot. If your looking for IT Support or computer repair guys in San Antonio these guys are good.
