They were AMAZING! I have been fighting with my laptop and desktop computer for the past 24 hours due to a Dropbox issue. I thought I had a virus, but they checked out my laptop and just explained about RAM and such. They showed me a workaround and then another alternative permanent solution. It was SO much cheaper than our business IT guy and they actually made it make sense. Ill get the laptop back within the week and Im so hopeful that it all works out. The guy who helped me was so attentive and really let me vent all of my stuff that I had been feeling for the last day. Thank you does not suffice!

New policy, Geek Squad is now by appointment only. Translation : smaller staff because theyre cheap, and customer gets stiffed. Never again. I couldnt even drop off a computer without an appointment, come back in three hours I was told. It took them less than five minutes to receive my device. Store manager Laura was no help, they know the deal and are ready to defend this greed based policy of profits over service.

Ask me $99 for reformatting which is a total ripoff. Also I bought a SSD from bestbuy and this associate wants $60 bucks from me just to insert it into my laptop!~! Such a rip off.
