Coaches Saad and Suay are incredible role models in the brazilian jiu jitsu community. They do not simply impart knowledge of self-defense and martial arts; they are role models and caring mentors whos goals are to make you a better person. With many years of experience in teaching and training jiu-jitsu they maintain a safe, fun, and family-friendly environment for kids and adults of all ages. After having trained here, and having met the wonderful students in the kids program and the friendly faces of the adult classes, I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a place to train, especially if you are brand new and have never tried martial arts

I came in as an out of towner, looking for somewhere to train for the duration of my visit. I picked up so many great techniques while I was here, far more knowledge than I expected in such a short time. The atmosphere among all the students, and the professors/coaches was warm and welcoming right from the get go. Theyre more than willing to take time and work through different techniques with you, and the rolls are friendly, yet very challenging. This gym is the definition of a Jiu-Jitsu family, and I thoroughly look forward to training here again someday.

This place is not just about jiu jitsu - this is about family. When you go to any Brazil 021 school - especially this one, you will immediately feel welcomed and right at home. There is no pressure or any unwelcoming feelings - just great jiu jitsu. If youre looking for that extra instruction or have a lot of questions, this place is definitely the place to be. You wont blend in and get lost like in a lot of big gyms, so you will get all the attention you want and need.

I recently had the pleasure of training at Brazil-021 San Antonio. Professor Saad and Coach Suays technical expertise is only surpassed by their generosity and kindness. As an active duty Service Member, I have trained all over the world. Brazil-021 San Antonio is one of the best schools of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu out there. If you are lucky enough to live in the San Antonio area you have to check it out! Once you do...you will be a part of the Brazil-021 family.

Amazing gym. Clean, family friendly, great instruction and truly a "family" of fellow BJJ practitioners. By far, the best place in San Antonio, and easily top 2-3 from what Ive seen in the country. If you are stationed at Ft. Sam, SAMC or Lackland... this is where you go! I was "visiting" TDY and tried a few other places in town that were ... "decent", but this one is by far the best! If you want to learn or practice great BJJ... this is where you go!!!

I was fortunate enough to find this place through a friend while I was training for work in San Antonio. The environment here is surpassed by none. Going to a new gym to train can be intimidating, but not so here. Everyone (the owners/instructors and students) were incredibly welcoming. The facilities are clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully laid-out. The instruction is top notch. If I have the opportunity to return to SA, I will be back!

Such a great experience training at Brazil-021 San Antonio! Great space. Easy parking. Super clean facility. Only topped off by super welcoming instructors. Very family friendly and family oriented ran by Saad and Suay. They have classes for kids and adults of all ages. Definitely take them up on trial offer if you are even slightly curious about jiu jitsu. They will take care of you!

Everyone was extremely welcoming, the training was well suited to practitioners of any level, and professor Saads attention to detail was spectacular. Brazil 0-21 San Antonio is a great place to train bjj!! Facilities are clean, mats are well kept, and staff and students are excellent and nice people. The husband and wife team that runs the place are the best instructors Ive seen. They are very accomdating if your from out of town or just starting bjj....will be returning again...great gym keep it up!
