ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! After initial installation, there were several quality issues that needed to be fixed (ALL cabinet hinges only had 1 screw in them!, ALL drawer rails only had 1 screw in them!, drawer faces were wrong size!, and several other issues.) It took them FIVE times of coming out to get things decent. Of these five times (that I had to be home to let them in), their new measurements STILL were just plain wrong- by inches!. I saw the installer measure drawer faces for correct size, and still show up next time with COMPETELY wrong sized face! Other times, the piece was the complete wrong shade of stain, and other times, the face was just horrible quality, flawed wood that showed awfully with the stain! COMPLETELY IMCOMPETENT, AND INCREDIBLY CARELESS... Once they got their money, I never heard back from them regarding the final issue that STILL needed to be fixed (a simple wood brace for a long cabinet shelf that should have had a support in the first place but did not). From experience with several people there, I am very confident that you too will be sorry if you partner with this sorry excuse for a business...

Put our kitchen job behind a month because of them having to fix their mistakes (which we had to point out to them). The workers were very polite, but it seemed like this was their first job ever and they either didnt see their obvious mistakes (crooked cabinets, crown molding that was crooked and not flush where they met at the corners, cabinet boxes and doors with obvious exterior saw burns, completely different lumber used for doors and drawers), or they were happy/proud of their sub-par work. They also installed the cabinet boxes and the doors and drawers at least 2 weeks apart. When the doors finally arrived, their measurements were off, so they had to remove them and redo them all. I wouldnt recommend getting work done from them simply because they either didnt notice multiple obvious errors, or they were HAPPY leaving a job with those errors.

Rarely do they answer the phone and there isnt a way to leave a message. Desk person isnt forthcoming with true and correct information. Promised timeframes are not met and the quality of the final product is sorely lacking. If you care about getting a quality product that is right the first time, and in a reasonable timeframe, go somewhere else.

Wow - People must come here just to complain. I have done 3 jobs with Gomez and they have all turned out great and they have been wonderful to work with. I will continue to work with them in the future.

Refuses to pay their vendor. Said ALL WORK is sub-contracted out. My guess, they dont want to be held liable for anything.
