We had a beautiful dining table with a chrome base, thick wood top from reclaimed railcar wood, with a strip of black granite down the middle. It was a beautiful (and still is) table that is a knockout piece. However, less than a year into it, the wood cracked at the end of the table and it is slowly spreading down the middle of the table. Ive called 5 times, had my designer who helped me commission this call Freddie several times. I got one phone call me back and he was pretty rude and short fused with me because he was under a deadline. He promised to have someone out but Ive never seen anyone or heard back. I love the product, but if youre going to have cracking and cant service or help you customer with it, that pretty much sucks. Your customer service is terrible!!!

Eden Oaks is truly one of the best out there. We used them for some butcher block pieces in our kitchen remodel. The pieces turned out GORGEOUS. The installation fell right in the middle of the Christmas/New Years holidays. One of the pieces that showed up on the first round was not the correct size, a miscommunication of measurements between myself and the owner. Without question, Eden Oaks remade the piece, at no cost to us. They even offered to install it on New Years Eve but since we werent in that much of a hurry we just pushed it to the next week. Wonderful business with great customer service. Would recommend to anyone.

Eden Oaks Woodware I found Eden Oaks through a craiglist ad for reclaimed wood. We purchased 4 small butcher block counter top pieces for our kitchen and we couldnt have been happier with the purchase. The wood is solid and looks beautiful installed. It was a very reasonable price compared to the butcher block at Lumber Liquidators, CO Lumber, and Ikea. Eden Oaks cut all the pieces to size, applied a finished, fabricated them in less than a week, and gave me an unfinished piece of butcher block to use as a cutting board. We asked for Waterlox on the bottom and linseed oil on the top.

on my first attempted contact with Freddie the call went to voice mail, no big deal, happens all the time, right?....... before I could complete my voice mail Freddie was calling me back......that set the tone for the entire process.My wife and I set an appointment to visit their showroom, made arrangements from there to have Andy the install dude come out and measure, and he showed up early to do the installation. Superb service start to finish, exceptional product and in less that 6 hours total time spent our kitchen looks AMAZING..........nicely done gentlemen , nicely done.

Eden Oaks is trying to take credit for work that my husband and his colleague did on a parade home this year. They also are trying to cover it up by deleting Mike and Phils facebook comments of them calling this company out on it. Phil and Mike were also blocked from Eden Oaks page after their comments were deleted. If Eden Oaks truly did great work, they shouldnt have to steal pictures of someone elses work.

Freddie and his team are great. I think you can tell more about a company when things dont go perfectly - it brings out peoples true colors. For one reason and another, my countertops werent quite as expected when first installed. Freddie came over personally to inspect them. He then had them completely refinished for me without additional cost. They came out great. Very impressed.

These guys are frauds, stealing photos of work that isnt theirs. I was fans of theirs untill I found this out, now I wouldnt trust them to do any work in my place. Take caution when hiring them because the photos are not a reflection of their work.

These guys are rockstars. I know there is some confusion about some former subcontractors claiming some work and causing a ruckus. I can attest that Freddie and the team at Eden Oaks are true to their word, timely, and deliver a quality product.
