My kids spent 3 weeks here in Summer 2015, and I pulled them out after several different incidents. I had a good personal recommendation on this place, so I wanted to give it a fair shot, but I was very disappointed and aghast at the attitudes of the staff here. Dont leave your kids here unless they are old enough to tell you whats going on - and even then, I wouldnt trust these people with your kids. 1. First sign - my 4 year old (who loves being around other kids) would cry and scream when Id leave her here, and the "teacher" would just sit there and watch, not welcoming her at all. I got the feeling she hated kids and her job. 2. One day when I was picking up the 18 month old, I saw his "teacher" drag a screaming toddler by the elbow to a corner where she was in time out. Those adults should NOT be touching the kids like that. I had really liked this teacher before that incident, but when I saw that, I got a little nervous. 3. THE LAST STRAW - The 18 m/o got a fever one day at day care, and the front office called my cell phone and left a message that he had a 103 fever and needed to be picked up. I was teaching a class that day, so I didnt get the message until 3 hours later, but I assumed that they had called my husband and he had gotten him. Come to find out that they didnt call anyone else, even though there were FOUR OTHER PHONE NUMBERS listed that they could have called, my husband and my parents who are only 5 minutes away. Instead he sat there with a high fever for 3 hours. When I asked the front desk, she said they we so busy that it slipped her mind and she was sorry. The worst part is that my daughter has febrile seizures, so we are very careful about fevers in this family, and I cant believe that a simple phone call or 2 when a child is so sick is too difficult for them to do. Not only that, but when my kids were here, they had 3 different viruses in 3 weeks, which now makes sense - they just let sick kids stay there and spread it around. We have been at 2 different day cares and never had any of these problems, but I feel that these people have too many kids to look after and no one takes any pride in their job. You can tell these are minimum wage workers that dont realize the responsibility theyve been given. I am pretty laid back and really wanted this place to work for our family, but come on, you should be able to feel like your children are safe where you leave them. In the end, I decided I wasnt going to wait around for an incident when my child couldve been hurt at the hands of Luv n Care. DONT PUT YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!! I dont know how this place stays in business, but be very wary.

The front staff is extremely rude and unprofessional theyre judgemental and could less about the well being of your child except for Jackie she was always friendly. I called the front office expressing a concern I had with one of the teachers, Idna, my gut was telling me something wasnt right about her. My son would be so terrified and start crying every time he would see her and only her I mentioned this to one of the front office ladies, Liz. She completely just blew it off not at all trying to put me at ease or show any concern she actually was very defensive with me. Twenty minutes later she calls me with a bullshit excuse saying that I need to pick up my son because he is sick with a fever. When I dropped him off he didnt have a fever or show any symptoms of being sick and when I picked him up an hour later he still had no fever. I even took him to the doctor that same day and they told me he was completely fine. Im a single mom going to school full time to better me and my sons life I cant afford to miss school over the staffs petty and childish actions. I agree with another reviewer if the staff has a problem with you they will lie to you and have you pick up your child so they dont have to deal with you. Also one time when I dropped off my son his class was in the cafeteria having lunch as I was walking to sit him at the table I noticed one kid had burnt chicken nuggets on his plate like why would you try feeding him that? This place is just awful dont leave your kid here the staff are all miserable who feel the need to start something with you for their own entertainment

We had our daughter here from 12weeks-18months. The nursery staff was great but about 4 months ago everything changed. I witnessed a teacher hit a child on the head with a book; when I discussed my concerns with the director she was very unprofessional, no incident report was taken, teacher was not reprimanded (this should be cause for termination! I bet she is still there sadly), they made light of a serious situation and even giggled (turns out the child who was being abused was the teachers nephew), so sad for the children! This is supposed to be a learning environment not a place where children are abused and no one cares. Unfortunately my daughter was not very verbal at the time but I was noticing troublesome behaviors at home which caused me to begin feeling uneasy and question some of the centers practices (she would slap our hands and hit on the head with objects). Since taking her out about 3 months already, her behaviors are back to normal and more importantly I know she is safe once again! Licensing really needs to harp down on this center; they are always under staffed and out of ratio. I would not even give this center one star! They are so outdated in every aspect!

Luv N Care is not just a daycare; its a great school, too! Everyone who works there is truly dedicated to providing a nurturing environment and academic excellence. My 4 year old son attended a private school for Pre-K before coming to Luv N Care. His Pre-K school was fine, but Luv N Care is exemplary! My son needed extra help with his fine motor skills -- something the teachers at his other school failed to address. His teachers at LNC, Jessica and Ashley, immediately began to work with him and have taught him so much in a very short time. My son also took swimming lessons with Lisa and Mercedes. Within a few short weeks, my son went from clinging to the steps in the shallow end, to swimming all around the pool. The teachers love every child they are entrusted with as their own. The front staff and the director are so friendly and helpful. Luv N Care is the next best thing to home! If youre looking for the best Daycare/Learning Center for your child, this is a must see! After touring the facility and meeting the dedicated and friendly staff, youll know your child will be in good hands at Luv N Care. Luv N Care is awesome; but dont take my word for it, go see for yourself.

I worked here for about a week. Thats all they can get out of me . They are HORRIBLE to work for and watch take care of kids. They have NO changing tables in the 2 yr olds room AT ALL only a toilet so they stand there and change your child and they dont wipe the girls because they "only peed" . I was so confused about that. That is Not healthy AT ALL. Ive never seen a female not wipe a little girl after she uses the bathroon pee or not , so if you take your child to a LUV-N-CARE dont use this one. Their staff is THE WORSE and they dont care about your kids at all. It was so sad working with the staff especially the ones in the office they are rude asf. THIS PLACE SUCKS ! HORRIBLE , the staff is nothing but drama , they gossip about parents kids and other employees i had personal medical issues of why i couldnt come to work and the director told me "She doesnt need anymore drama here" then the staff went on saying that i never called in when i did and the lady was rude to my brother when he called. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY . THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR KIDS. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LUV-N-CARE. PLEASE.
